“Great customer service - query re my most recent purchase was sent to customer services after 8pm and reply received before 9am the following day. Ink cartridges delivered within a couple of days. I have used Cartridge People many times - thanks to all the team at Cartridge People, including Emma for dealing with my delivery query on this occasion.”

“I have bought my cartridges from Certridge people for over 10 years. I had a problem with one of the cartridges. Sam in costumer services helped me to solve the problem promptly and sent a complementary replacement cartridge. Thank you for an excellent service.”

“I purchased HP302XL cartridges for my HP OfficeJet 4650 printer. A message says ' Incompatible Cartridges. The indicated cartridges are not intended for use on this computer.' I now use an alternative supplier”

“Just want to thank Lindsay for her customer service she provided in dealing with my order for new original cartridges for my Epson XP-8700 printer. In doing so she confirmed I would receive a refund for the compatible ink cartridges I had tried only to find out they were clogging the print heads after only in use for a short time. This was unexpected and much appreciated. Thank you again Lindsay for arranging this for me.”

“I had a minor problem with one of cassettes in a 4 pack, which I mentioned, as I was concerned. Cartridge People sent replacement which arrived the next day via Evri. I do not know how the pleasantry of the staff and their efficiency could be bettered. Well done to all concerned.”

“My old printer stopped working and i needed to return two unused cartridges to Cartridge People, and to purchase cartridges for my new printer. Lucy was very helpful, telling me that i would receive credit for my two unused cartridges if i posted them back unopened. I did not mind paying postage to return the old cartridges - there was nothing wrong with them .I posted them, was soon informed of my credit and i have now ordered two new cartridges and used up part of my credit towards them.”

“Ordered a label printer and the delivery on it was shocking. They were asking me to review my delivered product but nothing had arrived yet. It turns out my printer had been "lost in transit" and they promised to send a replacement. However, they were out of stock, was I happy to wait a week for stock to come in? I was. I then got weekly calls telling me my product had still not been received and the delivery date had been pushed out another week. Finally received my product this week, 6 weeks after ordering. My customer services contact, Gemma, has been great throughout. Calling whenever there is any change of status or update. She gave as much information as she was able and always offered the option to cancel at any point should we wish. 5 stars to Gemma, but only 3 for the company I'm afraid.”

“Loving Cartridge People but not EVRI who you choose to pay to deliver your goods. They put me off buying from Cartridge People. Last time my goods were not delivered for 6 DAYS!!! And that was to a local shop.”
