“Ordered Cartridge people’s own brand but it didn’t work with my HP printer. Communicated with them and after a couple of emails they refunded the cost. Dealt with Lucy who was very switched on and made the full refund”

“Had a problem with a colour cartridge, Cartridge People's own brand, where the blue colour was not printing - even after cleaning etc. On explaining the problem I was sent a new, full replacement cartridge with no fuss the very next day. We all acknowledge that unexpected issues will arise with everything - thanks to Cartridge People for sorting this out quickly.”

“Spoke to Sam on the telephone to discuss installation of own brand replacement ink cartridges. Recommendation was use printer manufacturers cartridges in this case. Full refund offered to be credited to my account. Thank-you.”

“I have been very pleased with the Customer Service received today. I had a problem with one of their own cartridges that didn't work in my printer. Excellent communication throughout the day resulting in free postage being provided to return part of my order and a full refund. Couldn't ask for more so will use going forward.”

“Half of my delivery was missing - it looked as if the package had been opened/part of order gone. I contacted Gemma in customer services. Within an hour she had sorted my problem and has arranged to send out my missing order. Very impressed by her professionalism. I have my fingers crossed that the delivery goes according to plan. Many thanks Gemma.”

“For reasons that are being investigated, not all the items I ordered were in the delivery I received. Customer service were quick to answer the phone and Sam dealt with my problem very well. He accessed the order details and put the missing item for immediate dispatch. The best measure of an on-line company will always be how they deal with Customer problems and for me, Sam got it right.”

“As ever, I am very pleased with the products, price and customer service provided by Cartridge People However, my 'delivery' by DPD was dreadful. The two parcels were left at the gate, not delivered to the house. I am 78 yrs old with a heart condition but I had to complete the delivery by carrying the parcels from the gate, which is not visible from the house, to the house. DPD's cavalier attitude towards the customer is appalling. However, full marks to Cartridge People for getting back to me so promptly. Sam was most sympathetic and helpful and confirmed my very positive impression of Cartridge People. So, negative marks for DPD but great credit to Sam and Cartridge People for customer care.”

“Excellent and prompt service from Gemma. Had ordered compatible cartridges without noticing the compatibility warning for printers under HP+. Issue promptly dealt with without drama. As a suggestion, it might be worth making it even more obvious on the web site the importance of, and how to check whether a printer is under HP+ or not.”

“I have used Cartridge People for a number of years now and their customer service is excellent. My most recent contact was about a cartridge which didn't seem to work. I contacted them to report the issue and in less than 24 hours the issue was resolved thanks to Lucy and Sheree. The 100% guarantee really does what it says.
