“I was promised their own brand cartridges were compatible with my printer. I was so disappointed when they arrived and I was given a message regarding it not being genuine Epson ink. I immediately phoned their customer services and was answered by Lindsay, who had the problem resolved in no time. Very good. Thank you.”

“We have bought a few toner cartridges from this company. Unfortunately we have had a couple of issues but they worked fast to get these resolved and replacements issued where appropriate. “I had a problem with the colours not printing correctly, initially I contacted Cartridge People via the chat line and I was helped by Alison, I can't express how pleased I was when dealing with Alison, excellent customer service, prompt responses to emails and in resolving my issue, I was sent a replacement cartridge and tea bags 😂🫖 at no charge to me, Alison is a credit to your company, thank you very much.”

“I want to order cartridge but I made ordered in error drum unit, when arrived I opened it saw it’s not the cartridge. I requested to return it on the same day. It’s rejected they said I opened it and did not accept return. Please be carful guys. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.”

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear that the incorrect item was ordered. Unfortunately, once the item has been opened, it is considered to be in a non-returnable condition due to us not being able to resell it. “I cannot praise Cartridge people highly enough. Quality ink cartridges, fast service and when my husband messed up on inserting a new one, it was replaced at no cost although it was not faulty. Brilliant customer service”
