“I have been using cartridge people for several years and always had a good experience. They have been pro active in making offers that have saved me money and delivery is always super quick. I have used the own brand cartridges which have generally worked for me. I did have a problem recently with some poor quality colour printing but I called customer services and spoke to a very nice representative, Wiktoria, who was calm and reassuring, identified the issue and immediately arranged for replacement cartridges for the ones that weren’t working properly. Excellent customer service.”

“As ever the Cartridge People -Customer Support team were extremely helpful. Because of bad weather phone lines were out of action but they called me back and Liam gave me guidance on my printer cartridge problem. Can't ask for more. Thank you Ian Bunker”

“Sam provided an excellent standard of Customer Service. He had a pleasant and friendly manner, and was courteous and professional. He was receptive of my comments, and provided useful information to help to resolve my problem. He was also extremely kind in offering to supply a replacement product (plus teabags!!) without prompting. Thank you so much - it's a pleasure to deal with Cartridge People!”

“We purchased toner cartridges in August 23, due to reduction in printing (most things are by email nowadays) we only needed to install it recently, it turned out to be faulty as was bleeding on to the prints. I called Cartridge People assuming they would not assist due to passage of time, to my surprise, Alison was very sympathetic, rectified the issue and sent out a replacement toner the next day. Amazing service, thanks Alison!! Will definitely use them again!”

“At last a company that cares about its customers. I ordered two own brand cartridges that arrived in less than 24hrs. Unfortunately there was a problem with them, however I spoke to Lindsay on the phone who promised replacements would be dispatched immediately. Again these arrived in less than 24hrs. Good prices, fast delivery and excellent customer service.”

“My cartridges were not delivered to me by the delivery company (Evri), so I logged a call with the Cartridge People. Sam from customer services came back to me the following day, looked into the issue and dispatched replacements via a different currier. Many thanks Sam.”

“Having received advice from a photograph printing expert I came to the conclusion that perhaps I should have ordered Canon inks rather than Cartridge People's own. I contacted Hannah who gave me valuable and unbiased advice about inks and my printer. In addition she agreed to credit me for any unused cartridges I wished to return. This is outstanding customer service and good reason to continue to buy from Cartridge People.”

“- Found a printer on Amazon - Find it cheaper on Cartridge People - Order from Cartridge People - They cancel the order - Go back to Amazon, same printer is now more expensive than it was originally Should have just ordered from Amazon”

“The cartridges I received did not work. Contacted the company and Gemma helped me out, eventually arranging a refund. Very good, quick, response but will order genuine HP products next time!!”

“I was helped today by Si Bennet, i received a drum cartridge that unfortunately seems to be faulty. He carefully guided me through steps to test this and when the problem couldnt be rectified he organised for a replacement to be shipped out on the next dispatch, Very pleased with the service, will continue to use The Cartridge People. Thanks Si great job”
