“I recently ordered cartridges from Cartridge People for the first time, after seeing so many positive reviews online — and I’m happy to say I wasn’t disappointed! 🙂 They have a great choice of printer cartridges, including both original brands and their own alternatives. Delivery was quick and the cartridges arrived well packaged. I had a small issue installing the cartridges, but Sam from Customer Services was extremely helpful and professional. Sam supported me by both email and phone and did everything possible to help resolve the issue. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. Highly recommended! 👍”

“Should be 5 stars for the customer service from Phil, who sorted a replacement delivery when it became clear my original order had been lost by EVRI, but can only give 4 as the labels where needed urgently and should have been here a week ago!”

“I rang up to query the order and was put through to Sam, who was friendly and professional . He answered my questions and also gave me advice regarding my printer and third party cartridges. I will try them with my next order. Had I not had that conversation with Sam, I would not have planned to go down that route.”

“Purchased from Cartridge People for the first time last week after find their prices much better than other competitors. Placing the order was straightforward and a confirmation was received via email almost instantly. A second email was received to say DPD would be making the delivery and that the order had left the warehouse - all within 24 hours of placing the order. I did experience some delivery issues (this was due to DPD, not Cartridge People) which were quickly investigated and resolved by Marianne and Sheree. The replacement order sent by Marianne and Sheree was received in less than 24 hours - thank you so much!”
