“I ordered my cartridges but had a problem, or so I thought. I rang customer support and was talked through by a very nice gentleman called Liam. I am not very good with technology but he was very helpful and didn’t rush me while explaining everything to me. Thank you so much for your help and patience I will certainly recommend you.”

“I've bought cartridges from them for several years and appreciate their fast service and competitively priced ink and toner. When I ran into an issue with one of their third party toner cartridges, Sam provided prompt support and, after explaining the specific issue, overnighted me a new cartridge for free with their apologies. I can't say any fairer than that!”

“Good day, I spoke to Sam a short while ago about HO cartridges I had received from Cartridge people that I can no longer use as the printer no longer works. “Unfortunately I had a particular problem with my cartridges not communicating correctly with my printer. I then contacted Simon Heath at Cartridge People who was extremely helpful and responsive. But after trying to identify if it was just one cartridge after placing one old and one new cartridge in the printer did not resolve the issue. In the circumstances therefore he very kindly arranged to replace the cartridges. I am therefore very pleased with the high standard and responsiveness of customer service received.”

“Great range of products at very good and competitive prices - excellent value. “Always order original cartridges, good price and packaged well. Only issue we have is with delivery the last twice there have been issues with DPD being able to find us despite instructions given and what 3 words used. Thank you to Chris in customer services this time as our parcel would not have been delivered if it wasn't for him. DPD driver stated that he did not look at delivery instructions!”

“wow Lindsay I had 2 printer cartridges missing from my order at the weekend. I sent an email on Sunday & had a reply from Lindsay the same day. I then received replacement cartridges this morning, Tuesday. I'm extremely impressed with this level of service, particularly as it all happened over a Bank holiday weekend. Many thanks Lindsay”
