“I was intending to purchase through Cartridge People a branded print toner but CP convinced me that their own products were now on a par or better with the branded makes and that CP had authentification of this. I was also offered two CP toners for the price of one as a means of convincing me together with a ream of print paper. What was not to like? The proof is of course in the pudding. I am very pleased to say that the quality of the toner and its extended longlevity over the branded type is exactly as 'it says on the tin'. I am delighted with the product. In addition, the manner in which CP conducted themselves during the ordering process was exemplary. I will certainly be returning to CP when the time comes - but as it stands given the offer as above, not for while yet! CP - thank you!”

“Great customer service from Lucy at Cartridge People. I contacted them as a colour cartridge I had purchased wasn't printing magenta. Lucy replied really quickly and as I explained the processes I had gone through to test and try to clean it she didn't waste my time by asking me to do it all again! No arguments - a replacement cartridge is now on its way. I wouldn't buy from anyone else. Thank you Cartridge People.”

“Ordered a Brother printer cartridge - got a phone call to say they could sell me an own brand one instead. Got a great deal as it was less than half the price. Cartridge arrived in good time. I had difficulty inserting the cartridge into my printer. Had a call from a very helpful and friendly guy called Sam who talked me through it and problem solved. Efficient, cost effective and friendly service from start to finish.”

“Things do sometimes go wrong but the real test is how a company responds when that happens. My printer had an issue with toner cartridges but Liam helped to diagnose the issue and immediately sent a whole new set of toners. This corrected the problem and the level of customer service has to be applauded. Thank you.”
