“I have used Cartridge People for some time now and found there prices and delivery first class and never had a problem until now. I had to contact them because my printer was saying fault with cartridge. WIktotia from customer services who was very friendly and very helpful soon arrived at my problem and sent me an email describing what to do to fix it. Thank you very much Wiktoria”

“I placed an order for my usual cartridges but using Cartridge People for the first time. Within a couple of minutes I got a phone call from Sheree pointing out that I could get alternative cartridges which had 4 x the quantity of ink, but for only an extra £12. These arrived within 2 days which, I was very happy about as I had a number of important documents to print and send to my solicitor. Well done, and thank you Sheree”

“Great company to deal with. They answer the phone quick, deliveries are always on time. I recently ordered cartridges for my printer which I received on time but a day after they arrived my printer broke down so I didn't need them. I phoned customer services and spoke to Phil who was super helpful. Nothing was a problem. Phil explained the procedure for sending the items back and confirmed it by email too. It's so good to speak to someone helpful and cheerful without hanging on the phone for ages and having to use an automated service!”

“Something went wrong with our delivery and it was "returned to sender". However after a call to Caroline from Customer services it was repicked and dispatched by next day delivery. Thank you Caroline for your help.”

“Perfect replacement for HP Instant Ink subscription I have been paying into for 10 years. I calculated that over that time I had paid over £400 and only received around £180 worth of ink. So, decided it’s time to cancel and buy my own ink. These cartridges, equivalent of HP 62XL colour and black, seem identical to the originals and at great price. Happy customer.”

“I purchased a Brother Professional Garden Printer from The Cartridge People. Their price was the best I could find on the internet. After placing my order I had a couple of questions, which I put to their customer service team and Melanie very professionally looked after me. Received my printer today; it looks great and feels very robust. The proof will be in the pudding when I start to use the printer, but judging from the reviews, and the fact that Alan Titchmarsh says it's a gardeners best friend because it's so good, I'm sure it will be a worthwhile purchase.”
