“I got the product - Epson originals - as ordered and quickly. The website is a painful process to order originals - thw aystem kept suggesting I cahnge to their cartridges.. To add to that I got a text, call and email to ask me to call re my order...so they could sell me their cartridges. Which I didn't want. I felt it was borderline ahrsdment! I just wanted some originals cartridges because my printer wont accept anything else. There is a reason it has worked for 14 years!!!”

“Sam was very helpful, he gave an excellent and professional service. I received my printer cartridges but, for the first time, my colour cartridge would only print in a very light shade of pink. The Cartridge People gave some very useful and helpful advice but I had already tried to rectify the printing problem. Sam immediately offered a replacement Cartridge which arrive the following day. VERY PROFESSIOINAL”

“I wanted to order original HP cartridges but inadvertently selected Cartridge Peoples own brand when I ordered on-line. When they arrived I thought they would be compatible with my printer but that proved not to be so. After contacting customer services, both Gemma and Marianne gave me thorough guidance and advice to check if I could get the cartridges to be recognised, and also checked my computer model against their list of known printers that would accept their own brand. Unfortunately mine wasn't one of them but they kindly arranged a credit to my account. Their response to my emails was very prompt, and filled with practical advice. Would thoroughly recommend them as their products arrive quickly, they are well priced, and their customer service is second to none.”
