“Remember when you could ring a company as distinct from having to enter the world of Live Chat, or whatever? Well - hold the front page - you CAN ring Cartridge People. A pleasant voice will answer and you can place your order that way and get advice in the process. The goods arrive in excellent time, and the product, including Cartridge People's own brand, is first class.”

“A fantastic company who offer very good value and brilliant customer service. I recently moved from HP Instant Ink and bought the Cartridge People Ink Cartridge - because it was far better value than the HP own brand. Only to find they were not compatible because of a lock placed on the printer by HP! On emailing Cartridge People to ask for help they not only responded immediately, but told me the problem and, even though it was my fault refunded the cost of the cartridges. Thank you Lindsay, you and your company are superb.”
