“I had to report that a black ink I'd just punched was showing empty i had a lovely response back from Alison advising me what to do i then replied back saying ink was now working once again received a lovely response from Alidon”

“Have used these for a number of years and ink has arrived quickly and been of a good quality. Occasionally compatability has been an issue but advice has been helpful and printer has responded positively. On the last occasion despite best efforts of the team, Rachel especially, this has not been the case and follow up has been excellent with a replacement or refund offered without quibble. Many thanks.”

“I do a lot of printing, much of it on Bockingford Inkjet watercolour paper for high quality work. I had used this firm in the past for my everyday printing but when they used refill cartridges there were often printing defects. However the Cartridge People now use new cartridges and the quality is excellent. I have been using them for over a year now and I have never had a fault yet and they are significantly cheaper than the original HP brands. I strongly recommend them.”

“Great services, value for money and they have a variaty of offers. We use the cartridge people own brand 'brother' toners and drums and have never had issues and for a little saving you really cant go wrong, would recommend!”
