“I couldn't have received better customer service when I needed to make contact after a faulty printer ink cartridge. There was no need to send it back to 'prove' this was the case, just recognition that not having the ink could cause me a problem for my work. I really appreciated the trust and the speed of response. Amazing customer service, and although it would be great if there hadn't been the fault, I always think its not the problem, its how it gets dealt with that makes all the difference - thank you, you now have a very loyal customer :)”

“I was having real problems with my Epson colour printer - it started playing up and I hadn't a clue what was going wrong. I contacted "The Cartridge People" and was given a huge amount of help and support, initially from Aden, who talked me through the problems, then from Simon and Rachael. I cannot speak highly enough of them, they were all so very supportive and knowledgeable and really helped me at a difficult time. Thank you.”

“Cartridge arrived in good time, and has been in the printer over a week now- all seems good so far. (the product and price are good). However, they used Evri to deliver it - these must be the most consistently poor couriers I have encounterd. They lived down to my expectations; delivered it over two hours after their own delivery window had ended, and they just left it on the doorstep without even ringing the bell. Oh and they didn't leave it on my doorstep, they left it on the wrong doorstep too (but luckilly at least they got the street right), and so it was yet another hour before I got the cartridge.”

“I ordered a 4 bottle set of Epson ecotank printer inks and they were delivered the next morning. That was excellent customer service. However... After, a couple of hours or so after I placed my order online I received a call from one of the employees encouraging me to change my order to their own proprietary ink instead of Epson original inks. I explained that I wanted to keep the order as placed, but the lady would not take no for an answer. I had to refuse her offer 4 times. I've had experience in the past with non-original inks (not with this company I should add) and that caused printer problems. A customer should not have to refuse multiple times before customer service understands. No means no. Apart from that issue, I'm happy with what Cartridge People offer.”
