She responded to my enquiry very quickly, kept me updated, and resolved the issue with our delivery efficiently by arranging a replacement to be sent to the correct address. She was professional, courteous, and made the process completely stress-free. “Orders are promptly dealt with, except we get emails saying you are trying to contact us about our order. From experience this is to promote compatible cartridges which we have tried and found to be completely unsuitable. On checking the phone we do not have any missed calls, so you probably only sent the email. This procedure delays delivery of our order by a couple of days, but otherwise we are very satisfied with Cartridge People.”

“Cartridge people are great , unfortunately EVRI are useless . My original order due on 20th June on Evri tracking never materialized. Cartridge people sent another which Evri have but we have not received that either . My advice would be to find another courier service as Evri let you down badly .I have deducted 1 star for Evri shocking performance”

This isn’t the level of service we aim to provide, and while things can sometimes go wrong, we completely understand how frustrating this must have been for you. I can see your other orders arrived on time using the same courier, which makes this even more disappointing. We do offer an alternative courier option at checkout, so this might be something worth considering for future orders.
