“I placed an order for a cartridge multipack around 4pm. Within 30 minutes I had received a phone call from a very pleasant member of staff advising me of an offer that I had not taken advantage of. This offer was not something that I wanted to take up at this time. There was no high pressure sales, I was simply then given a voucher for a future discount. The next morning my delivery arrived, before 10 o'clock. Amazing service, thank you. I cannot comment on the quality of the product just yet, but have high hopes.”
