“I spoke with a sales service agent called Marianne over the phone regarding an issue i was having with a toner for my printer, she went through some trouble shooting with me and in the end kindly offered to replace the item, it arrived the next day! The price point was very reasonable and offered there own brand which was more affordable and was compatible with my printer. Marianne was super helpful and patient and delivered excellent after sales service.”

“The cartridges arrived quickly and on schedule. Their customer service is excellent which is a refreshing change today. I realized I had made a mistake in my order and Lucy was quick to respond and sorted out options for either a refund or for me to keep the ones i had purchased if they were suitable. Lucy checked my decision before signing the ticket off.”

“Excellent price and service. Order was despatched very quickly The delivery company was very slow in delivery and seemed as though they had lost the package, as their tracking showed no movement for 5 days I contacted Cartridge People and Wiki was very helpful and sorted out the delivery problem for me. Really excellent Customer service. Thank you”

“I would just like to say a big thank you to Sam, from the Cartridge People, for his help with an issue I had printing after fitting new cartridges. It took him seconds to resolve, it was very technical. I hadn't removed the plastic strip from the cartridge printer head. In my, albeit, weak defence, I thought that the moulded plastic cover on the cartridge was the only protection. Name withheld due to embarrassment. haha”

“Caroline deserves to be recognised - she is what a customer service representative should be! She helped me out with something that was clearly my error, but she didn't make me feel silly. She provided me with advice for next time and helped me find a solution. It turns out the delivery company made a mistake also, and helped me with trying to locate my package. Caroline was kind, professional and provided that customer service, a very rare occasion these days! I shall be ordering again. I hope she is recognised for the service she delivers.
