“After discovering (on the Thursday before Easter) that my decade-old MFF printer was broken, Lucy A (and several other kind Cartridge People "voices" ) helped with the purchase of a replacement printer, one from the stock of such machines you sell, I write to record that two days later--AND in the morning--the replacement printer has now been delivered. Moreover, Lucy has offered me the information I shall need to return the two UNUSED cartridges that my old, damaged, MFC printer can no longer accept. Thank you all---especially Lucy A.”

“Online purchasing extremely, easy takes seconds. Received a follow up telephone call where I was persuaded to change my order from genuine Canon ink to Cartridge People own brand. As the Canon ink ran out replaced with own brand and started noticing poor quality i.e. streaks and poor colours. Tried cleaning ink nozzles and deep clean, aligning heads and every check in the Canon manual. Re ordered the genuine Canon ink and refitted all 10 cartridges and after another nozzle clean printer is producing perfect pictures, good colours and no streaks. Would urge caution to any body with a Canon Pro 10s printer. Own brand inks do not seem compatible.”
