“Cartridge People would appear to be efficient but EVRI seem to have lost my delivery. I am unable to erase the delivery time on your website. To confirm the delivery has not arrived.”

“They stock evert carrtridge you could need for your printers at the right price & despatch them promptly. A shame about their courier ~ Evri who are not a prompt. That said, if you need to return anything, the process is pretty simple and their refund poplicy as quick as their despatch.”

“Unfortunately, I had a problem with a cartridge which was not recognised by my printer (I'm a repeat customer and this is first time it didn't work). Anyway, I phoned customer services and they sorted this out with minimum of fuss.”

“Happy with my product. However, immediately after ordering online had a sales call which ended abruptly and rudely. Contacted customer services and they responded efficiently which was appreciated. The phone call has put me off using this service of whom I have been a loyal customer for a number of years”

“I have used Cartridge People on a number of occasions over the last few years. Recently I found that there is a strong change in emphasis to pushing customers to order their own brand cartridges over dedicated cartridges such as Espon. This extends to contacting customers who have ordered non Cartridge People brands from their website and doing a 'hard sell'. The price of Cartridge People products is higher than other own brand versions and I will have to wait and see whether the price justifies the change of my order. I definitely felt pressured.”
