“I've used Cartridge People for a few years, mainly for their own brand Epson cartridges. Their cartridges are much cheaper than Epson's and they have always worked fine, up until this last one. I contacted customer service and spoke to Sam. I followed his advice on cleaning the chip but that didn't work. Sam arranged for replacement of the cartridge straight away. Excellent service.”

“I have previously dealt with this company before and was very happy with the speed the ink cartridge arrived as well as a cheaper price than competitors. Do definitely would recommend and will continue to use them as well as returning empty cartridges to them.”

“I placed an order then realised I had ordered the wrong item. After contacting Customer Services I received an email from Emma to say the order was to be cancelled and I would receive a refund. This all happened very quickly.”

“Maybe not the cheapest but reliable. Only slight gripe is that the courier company left the parcel half sticking out of my letterbox (where anyone could have stolen it) while messaging me to say that it had been left in a safe place. I was in at the time. What is so difficult about ringing the doorbell?”

“Very disappointed with my last transaction with Cartridge People. Order sent with Evri who made three evening attempts and a Saturday attempt to delivery my order. Being a business, we were not open! Cartridge People tried to update the delivery with our opening hours, but still no luck and it was returned. Ordered from Lyreco - arrived next day! Come on CP, up your game - use reliable couriers with some common sense - why make multiple attempts to deliver to a business address in the evening?”
