“Useless. Cant manage to deliver what you have paid for. " weeks 7 still waiting for some printer ink. Keep using Evri who are also cr*p. My advice is use someone else.”

“Excellant service. Ink seems to be as good as canon`s own and a lot cheaper. I`ve not been using them long so I don`t know about their long time use on the printer. The own brand come with a guarentee if the ink does effect the machine. They also didn`t make it clear who they used for delivery. Although the inks did arrive very quickly.”

“I buy regulary from this company and have not been disappointed by the service they offer. However it is worth noting that their promotional discounts vary from 10 to 14% and their "secret" discount is usually 10%. I check the prices carefully before buying”

“My delivery came quickly, good price but box was smashed up by delivery company, goods leaked and damaged contacted customer service and Sam was brilliant had it all sorted in 2 days and new item sent out. Excellent service”

“Marianne was extremely helpful with my query. She sent me instructions on ways to solve the issue I was having and was prompt in all her communications. Marianne was professional and understanding and although we couldn’t solve the issue, the Cartridge people were true to their word and issued a refund based on their 100% satisfaction guarantee. A great company who I have bought from several times and will continue to use.”

“I had a problem with my black ink cartridge. It stopped working even though it showed as 75% full. I put a new cartridge in and that worked ok. Phil was very helpful and offered to replace the cartridge but first asked me to try the original cartridge again, which I did and it is working fine now.”

“Excellent service as always, product received in perfect condition, as always. The only thing I was going to mention, is I didn't receive a bag to return my old ink cartridges, which I think I got on my last few orders, don't know if you still do that or not? Not a problem, just thought I'd mention it, I have no complaints at all, and will keep ordering 😁.”

“CP telephoned me when I ordered more expensive brand inks, to offer it's own. When I explained my reasons I received a very helpful call from Aden who talked me through possible ways of resolving the issues I was experiencing with my printer. They worked. As someone having to learn how to fix her own printer after years of it being someone else's job, his friendly help was much appreciated.”
