“I own a Canon Printer. A few weeks ago the printer alerted me to its need for replacement colour and black ink cartridges. I looked online for replacements. I found Cartridge People. I rang Cartridge People and spoeke to a pleasant young man about my printers needs. He was able to quickly confirm that Cartidge People could supply the required cartridges. So, I placed an order and the cartridges arrived a day or so later. I installed the cartridges and created a short piece of text to test the print quality. The result was perfect. So, thanks to Cartridge people.”

“I was happy with the genuine Canon cartridges that I ordered. However, 24 hours after ordering, I was phoned by an aggressive-sounding woman from Cartridge People wanting to know why I had ordered genuine Canon cartridges rather than the own brand ones. This was not kindly informing me that I could make a saving; it was forcefully pushing the own-brand cartridges, although I was clear that I wanted the genuine Canon cartridges which is why I had ordered them. The woman who phoned me didn't like that and was rude.”
