“Unfortunately my printer an HPDeskjet 3520 rejected your cartidges. The last time I purchased from you I bought HP cartidges, but I had been assured your cartidges would work too, so I gave them a go. Sadly they didn't all take. I had to keep switching between old HP cartidges and yours to get the black to work for example. Perhaps I should send yours back to you and ask for HP as before.”

“Delivery is excellent. The compatible cartridges work fine in my Canon, although it's frustrating that they replace Canon's pigment with ink. My Canon has two black cartridges so that it can use both, so there is no point in both being the same ink. I need waterproof durability so that printed sheets don't become unusable if it rains. Therefore I'm now buying genuine Canon black pigment and compatible colour inks.”

“Hello, just opened my order from you and was surprised to find 2 of your own brand cartridge sets for my printer and no original set. I checked my account and you took one payment of £32.17, (I believe this to be the cost for one of your own brand cartridge sets) and one payment for £138.65, (the cost of the original Canon Set). The order was for two of yours and one original. Can you please explain the error and how you intend to address it.”

“I ordered genuine HP inks but was contacted to explain that the compatable inks are better value and i was given a guarantee that they would work. My order was changed and i was given additonal inks and paper to reflect the savings.”
