“My urgent requirement for printer cartridges for my A1 plotter went well up to the point the courier delivered somewhere other than to me. Sam dealt with my issues very efficiently and courteously. After a thorough check to see where they could have gone, he ultimately arranged for a repeat delivery to be made. Sam also provided very useful advice for me to include What Three Words location for future deliveries from his company and others. I have been impressed with the diligence and commitment to customer satisfaction. It has meant Iwill continue to use them from my printer supplies.”

“With regard to customer service I would recommend Chris 110%. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address (no fault of Cartridge People) Chris was very helpful sorting out the problem and I am now expecting a replacement any day. Thanks Chris”

“I'm one of your older customers who knows how to use my computer/printer but that's it. Know nothing about how they work! Rachel was extremely helpful in identifying the reason for my problem (incompatible cartridge) and arranging a refund. Both Rachel & Wiktoria were patient & friendly whilst dealing with my request (I had to ring in twice as my phone died on me the 1st time!). I am very pleased and, in this day & age, surprised at the excellent customer service from your company. Many many thanks to you all.”

“They stock evert carrtridge you could need for your printers at the right price & despatch them promptly. A shame about their courier ~ Evri who are not a prompt. That said, if you need to return anything, the process is pretty simple and their refund poplicy as quick as their despatch.”

“Unfortunately, I had a problem with a cartridge which was not recognised by my printer (I'm a repeat customer and this is first time it didn't work). Anyway, I phoned customer services and they sorted this out with minimum of fuss.”
