“Great customer service from the team, when I called to order for my Canon Pixma. My printer has never worked with non-Canon cartridges but Kelly assured me that theirs do work and will also last 22% longer than the Canon product. Also theirs is less expensive, which is an added bonus. The only issue wasn't the company's fault but the delivery took 5 days because of being sent to IOM, and the package being left in UK - nothing new in this. I always say that things get to the International Space Station in half the time anything takes to get to Fraggle Rock. Will use in the future.”

“Our package arrived damaged, I informed the company, and received a response very quickly from Alison. They have agreed to send out a replacement straight away. Couldnt ask for a better service.”

“Alison at Cartridge People has been very helpful. She has organised for a free replacement cartridge to be sent out to try and resolve an issue with my Brother printer not recognising the yellow ink cartridge. Hopefully this solves the issue but she has reassured me they will be available to help if not. 5 star service from a reliable company!”

“I’m writing this review as I have to say the cartridge people have been excellent, I had a problem and they were understanding and quick to resolve the problem. The staff I spoke too were friendly helpful and courteous. I would recommend this company and will be purchasing all my cartridges in the future from them.”

“Excellent customer service this morning from Aden. My original HP printer cartridge was playing up yesterday and Aden listened to everything I told him we'd done to try and resolve the situation. Eventually it was decided to send a new cartridge out, return the dodgy one and pray that would work. However, just a couple of hours later and one more removal of the cartridge and classic printer switch off and on again and this time it worked. I have since requested the replacement to be cancelled, which was dealt with in a very professional manner as well. Next time, I won't bother with the HP cartridge and just buy their own compatible ones.”
