“I recently had an issue with one of our toner cartridges purchased last year. Phil in customer service was extremely helpful in responding to my query, and trying to come up with a resolution. Unfortunately we could not resolve the issue, and a replacement is now being sent out. I would certainly use Cartridge People again, and recommend their customer service if you have any problems.”

“I misunderstood the instructions on the cartridge I ordered and was unable to use it so I phoned Cartridge People and spoke to Si Bennett who very kindly sent me a replacement the next day. I was very impressed.C”

“I've been having problems receiving a delivery due to a delivery driver , today I spoke to Sam at customer services, who was very efficient and understanding, he has sorted my delivery problem . Excellent service, thank you .”

“Ordered a printer which was delivered while I was not there. Delivery company didn't leave a note so I forgot about it for 1 week. I complained to CP and they fixed it in 48hrs, this time using trusted ParcelForce. So well-done!”

“Had difficulty getting my brother laser printer to accept my cartridge people black ink cartridge. Never had this problem before so asked for a callback on their website. Not long after received a call from Caroline who was extremely helpful, she then sent an email with advice on how to reset my printer. She said if it didn't work they would replace the cartridge. Followed the advice and it worked a treat, well done Caroline and Cartridge People. First rate service.”

“Great service today & also when I placed the order. Chris rang to try & improve my order, which we did, giving me better value. Unfortunately due to 3rd party carrier error, the order went awry but Chris & team stepped in very promptly to remedy the situation which was much appreciated so thanks.”

“I've used these for a while and was persuaded to try the 'compatible' toners. One worked and one didn't despite all the assurances. However Phil was really helpful and made sure that we tried everything we could to ensure it would work and then organised a refund as it didn't”
