“After placing my order I got a call from an extremely friendly staff member (Jayden?) explaining that their own compatible cartridges could now be used in HP printers as they had developed a workaround solution around HP technology. He offered to send me three cartridges in place of the two HP ones I had ordered, free next-day delivery (to Northern ireland, a rare treat!)and no quibble returns in case the compatible cartridges did not work. Cartridges arrived the next day and worked perfectly. Great service!”

“Cartridge People delivered quickly and the after sales support from Chris was spot on so no complaints at all about them, unfortunately one of my integrity-lacking neighbours stole the parcel which wasn't helpful. However a replacement was quickly sent so I can't fault their customer service from start to finish and I'd definitely use them going forward.”
