“I had an issue with a cartridge that was not working. The query picked up by Rachel within a few minutes of my raising the problem and it was resolved to my 100% satisfaction by the next day. Excellent customer service and many thanks to Rachel for her speedy and helpful response”

“Hu Guys and a special mention for Chris who kindly sorted us out with a replacement cartridge...we have been let down by the EVRI courier and still no sign of the cartridge but Chris sorted this out for us with a next day delivery and now were back in business ...........much appreciated to the Cartridge people thank you”

“Just taken delivery of two HP compatible cartridges. Unfortunately had a small problem with the seal on the Magenta, which was speedily resolved by Caroline. Printer up and running again within minutes of a very prompt Delivery. Happy Days.”

“I unwittingly ordered own brand ink cartridges. When fitted the printer lights were orange. I spoke to Sam who patiently confirmed that I had signed up to HP+ and therefore could only use HP original ink cartridges. He kindly agreed for me to return the cartridges for a full refund. Sam was so helpful and patient and a credit to Cartridge People.”

“I have been using remanufactured inkjet cartridges from Cartridge People for more than five years. Recently, for the first time ever, one replacement cartridge failed to work in my printer. I spoke to Louise from Cartridge People and she promptly arranged to send me a replacement free of charge. I was very impressed with the way my problem was resolved quickly and courteously. I shall continue to use Cartridge People cartridges in my printer.”

“I have used Cartridge People for a number of years and have always been more than satisfied with both the quality of the products and the first class service. I felt that I must write to express my gratitude for the quite exceptional service I received today from Sheree. Not only did she ensure that I was given the best price for the product I needed, but when a technology blip wouldn’t let the payment go through she was calm (unlike me!),wonderfully patient and reassuring until the problem was solved. “Well done Cartridge People! The ordering process was simplistic and extremely helpful & despite my limited technical knowledge I simply sourced the correct product with assistance from their site search engine.
