“First order failed to be delivered by Evri but Phil v helpful in despatching a new package with pdp which arrived quickly. Good product and customer service good when you need it.”

“Having received advice from a photograph printing expert I came to the conclusion that perhaps I should have ordered Canon inks rather than Cartridge People's own. I contacted Hannah who gave me valuable and unbiased advice about inks and my printer. In addition she agreed to credit me for any unused cartridges I wished to return. This is outstanding customer service and good reason to continue to buy from Cartridge People.”

“- Found a printer on Amazon - Find it cheaper on Cartridge People - Order from Cartridge People - They cancel the order - Go back to Amazon, same printer is now more expensive than it was originally Should have just ordered from Amazon”

“The cartridges I received did not work. Contacted the company and Gemma helped me out, eventually arranging a refund. Very good, quick, response but will order genuine HP products next time!!”

“I was helped today by Si Bennet, i received a drum cartridge that unfortunately seems to be faulty. He carefully guided me through steps to test this and when the problem couldnt be rectified he organised for a replacement to be shipped out on the next dispatch, Very pleased with the service, will continue to use The Cartridge People. Thanks Si great job”

“Fantastic service from Chris today. Delivery package was damaged in transit resulting in one of the cartridges getting mislaid. Fed this back to Chris who dealt with the issue immediately and arranged a replacement cartridge.”

“My Lexmark just wouldn't recognise my own brand cartridge. I tried everything that search engines suggested and then reached out to Cartridge People. Aden was very helpful and ultimately just sent me a replacement cartridge, next day delivery, without any drama or hassle. This solved the issue instantly and I'll continue to use Cartridge People for all my printing needs”

“Customer Service - I contacted Cartridge People because two cartridges out of a multi-pack failed to be recognised by my printer. Lindsay was extremely helpful and, after checking some information, offered a refund, replacement or credit to my account. As I order regularly with the company I opted for the credit.”
