I am afraid I seem to have purchased these ink cartridges in the believe they would be compatible for my HP printer, but I am having trouble for a HP printer to let me use it as it is not their make , so sorry can't give a review as I would have liked .

Service was very good as the cartridges came the next day, but the quality was very poor so I will be keeping with Epsom in the future.

My order was lost in delivery, Evri blamed! I waited one week then emailed, so was more than patient. Should have sent a replacement instead of waiting on an my email reply. your next reply gave not indication of when delivery would be. Finally cancelled the order, dont waste any more of my time, no urgency on your part to correct your error. Absolutely furious, hope you can get the refund right. David Thomas

poor service this time took a week to get the delivery here,possibly down to evri delivery couriers,dont rate them at all.

I have never been able to navigate your web site to buy cartridges . I always have to revert to a phone call.. Extremely frustrating.

All good when it comes to delivery but not happy that I was talked into chageing my order from genuine HP cartridges to own brand. I did not realise the higher capacity cartridges were own brand until I received the amended invoice. I know very well that HP lock their printers against non genuine cartridges. and so should Cartridge People. Offers of guarantees dosn't help, last time I had to replace the printer! The order was amended back when I insisted but then the credit was put in a "Cartridge People" account rather than refunded to my PayPal account so I am now forced to buy more cartridges from Cartridge People if I want to get my refund. That process is far from clear.

I'm never going to buy your own brand of ink for my HP printer again as I keep on having to clean the printer heads. I should be asking you for a refund as I've spent most of my time having to wait for the printer to clean it self. NOT VERY IN IMPRESSED.

Fast delivery however the cartridges have generated an error thar could not be cleared resulting in me having to repurchase genuine cartridges

My £300 order took almost 2 weeks to arrive. The packing note says was on a next day service. I suggest you change your courier co. I emailed after a week. The response was its almost xmas. I ordered 29th Nov. If you pay for a next day service we'll I should of received it the next day.

Cartridge people are normally very helpful, but now seem over-determined to sell CP products over others available on their site. At my last purchase I was bombarded with items I didn't want to buy and had to fight my way through them to check out and then was immediately phoned and asked why I hadn't bought CP versions, which felt like harassment.

I only purchased this product because I was contacted by a member of the team to advise me of their own brand cartridges. I am not signed up to HP smart for cartridge replacements, plus I have disabled cartridge protection but I'm having great difficulty in printing, where most times it will not print. I'd like a full refund please Karen Lees

The toner cartridge I ordered crashed my Brother printer. I spent 20 mins on phone then young man said he needed to speak to his supervisor and would email me the solution. I read the email when I got home and tried the emailed solution but it didn’t work. Unfortunately I didn’t return home till 4.30 Friday but your website says open till 6, I phoned and you were closed till Monday!!!

I ordered HP cartridges for my Deskjet printer. Cartridge People contacted me to say that they currently didn't have any - but they were still shown on their website! so they offered to send me their own brand, which I was told were compatable with my printer. They duly arrived in good time (hence the two stars) but they are NOT compatable. I have since ordered the HP cartridges from elsewhere and my printer is now working fine. I wouldn't recommend this company

Ordered printer ink 22nd November transferred to Evri who were to deliver it the following day, this did not happen and on 30th I tried to contact Cartridge People but not available at weekend so sent report which you responded to on the Monday and concluded that the parcel had been lost so new parcel transferred to Evri who said they would deliver it but so far no further information. All very unsatisfactory but in the main it appears to be Evri who of course are your responsibility

Whilst Cartridge People have behaved reasonably, their couriers (Evri) have not. Firstly they damaged the poackage at their depot, did not deleiver and did not advise me or Cartridge People. After my call to Cartridge People a second package was sent out and delivered but to the worng house and to an unused door. The package was found purely by chance. I would NOT be happy for Evri to deliver to me again.

I ordered cartridges that should have been compatible with my printer, but unfortunately weren't, although they fitted perfectly. I contacted Lindsay in customer services, and she explained what the issue was, and offered me a full refund. The response from customer services was excellent - so quick, and easy - the most efficient and helpful customer service I have ever received. I highly recommend Cartridge People for the super fast delivery and excellent customer care. Jackie

Having ordered 2 packs of Canon ink cartridges, I received a very pleasant call asking whether I had noticed the "3 for 2" offer, which I hadn't, and was offered it. So far so good. When the goods arrived, they were 3 packs of 'own label' cartiridges - a little unexpected. I have yet to put any of the own label cartridges into my printer so will reserve comment on the quality of the products. Previous experience of non-Canon cartridges was not good.So we will see.
