I ordered cartridges that should have been compatible with my printer, but unfortunately weren't, although they fitted perfectly. I contacted Lindsay in customer services, and she explained what the issue was, and offered me a full refund. The response from customer services was excellent - so quick, and easy - the most efficient and helpful customer service I have ever received. I highly recommend Cartridge People for the super fast delivery and excellent customer care. Jackie

Having ordered 2 packs of Canon ink cartridges, I received a very pleasant call asking whether I had noticed the "3 for 2" offer, which I hadn't, and was offered it. So far so good. When the goods arrived, they were 3 packs of 'own label' cartiridges - a little unexpected. I have yet to put any of the own label cartridges into my printer so will reserve comment on the quality of the products. Previous experience of non-Canon cartridges was not good.So we will see.

Good service and a good price but the immediate email and phone call following an order is intrusive and not welcome. If it continues each time I place an order then I will have to consider going elsewher even if it is more expensive.

Never received package for second time due to evri courier service. Can't use cartridge people anymore unless they change courier. The products I have managed to receive I was happy with.

Product was as requested unwanted delay in sending until they made a sale call also carrier held packet in hub for 5days

Delivery service from order to delivery was 10 days. Owing to courier claiming issues with address received from CP. Resolved finally by different courier company being instructed with no problem whatsoever arriving at exact time next day delivery.

Be aware if use non standard ink it is unlikely your printer will be able to access it's troubleshooting systems, as they are blocked when non standard inks are used

The remanufactured black in cartridge I bought from you did not print. I notified you of this and was told to use my printer's 'clean cartridge' facility to rectify the problem, and it this did not work, to immerse the cartridge head in warm water. Whether these measures would have worked, I have no idea as I had already replaced the faulty cartridge with an HP original which worked - as I would expect any properly-prepared cartridge to work - straight out of the box. I do not have time to fool around trying to persuade recalcitrant cartridges to function as advertised and I shall not be buying your remanufactured product again.

I ordered the orginal cartridges for my Epsom workforce printer, I had a phone call from yourselves, asking if i would like the compatible ones. I informed you that had previously in 2022 and they did not work, was told they had updated the software/chip on them. i said i would try one to see if it would work. But i was sent 2 compatible ones but charged for the original one and a compatible one. cannot try the compatible one yet as still have ink in printer. Mrs Sue Ball

I keep being nagged. Apart from the emails there's been at least three phone calls too, at inappropriate times. I've fitted the HP cartridge and that's working fine. I haven't fitted your 'own brand' one yet as my current one is low but not empty. It may be another month yet, but if it doesn't work I'll let you know.

I ordered original canon cartridges which I received. However, I did not enjoy a call from Cartridge People trying to persuade me to buy their own brand cartridges, claiming they are Which recommended. They are not. Avoid.

I ordered original Epson cartridges but was phoned to ask to change the oder to own brand to save £22 and promised that these would work OK, guess what, they were 'not recognised' by the printer. I was not able to return the refund and get OEM cartridges So far I have only received a partial refund.

Good morning Mr Thompson, Thank you for your review. I am sorry you had a problem with the cartridges we supplied. I can confirm that a refund for the colours cartridges supplied was processed back to your original payment method on 04/10/2024. We were not aware that the black cartridge was unwanted until we heard from you. We then sent a pre-paid label for you to return this to us free of charge. In June I ordered the original HP 305XL High Capacity Multipack - Full Set of 2 Ink Cartridges. However, I was called with an offer to replace that with Cartridge People's brand - I was assured that it's compatible and of the same quality but cheaper. Unfortunately, the colour cartridge arrived almost empty. As soon as I installed both cartridges the status of the colour one indicated almost nothing. Only the black ink cartridge was full as expected.

The second time I have ordered with Cartridge People. Placed my order then was phoned to say payment had not gone through and asked to read out my card details. No chance. So I went back later and ordered on a different card to find the first order HAD gone through. So now I have two cartridges...

No problem with the product but the product took too long to arrive and the delivery instructions kept changing and were not accurate. I wanted the ink to print photos for my husbands special birthday and it did not arrive in time. I was disappointed

Been a customer for a while never had a problem recently ordered the wrong cartridges, overjoyed when they arrived the next day opened one realized my mistake, arranged a return 😀 no problem ordered the right ones, they will only repay me for one, I have assured them I never used it I understand they cannot take my word for that even a credit I can use next time, thanks again

First time I have used this company. My email query was answered the next day a Nd my ink also arrived. The only problem was £4.99 delivery charge for one cartridge was very expensive

Not happy with customer services. My ink went to my old home. I had to ask the new owners to post it to my new home and return the postage to her, which defitated free postage on the parcel. Customer services wouldn't send me a return label so I could send the label to the new owners and they could have sent it back to cartridge people and I could then reorder the ink.i asked to be called and they emailed me and when I tried to call them the line went dead. It was 24hrs before I got a response. Won't buy again from them.
