The Own Brand Canon 055 Multipack cartridges work for a Canon i-SENSYS LBP-663Cdw, but will show as having no toner after every print so will stop working. This means you have to disconnect and reconnect the printer each time to print multiple documents.

I ordered genuine cartridges, sales called me and asked me to swap to Cartridge People own brand, i did so because they said they are better than other own brands and perform better and i would get more pages per cartridge. The print quality is poor and not only have i wasted ink now ive also wasted paper.

The HP ink perfect Cartridge People very good. But the delivery from Evri disastrous 2 days to track down my parcel.

Only ever used HP, but decided to give you a try, but very disappointed in quality. All blurred print even after cleaning and alignment of heads. Not much difference in price so will go back to HP when these are empty. Just have to be selective in what I print. Anything important then my son will print for me. Just wish I had left well alone.

Although their prices are great, I have found my experience with Cartridge People's team quite the opposite. After putting my required toners in my cart and then exiting the site for a later purchase, I very quickly got a call from one of their sales team, the team member was very polite and convinced me to not purchase the original toners but Cartridge People's own brand - I was guaranteed that the toners would function in the same manner the originals would, the employee was adamant that I would not regret it, that there were satisfaction guarantees etc, I was also incentivised with a discount code - so I made the purchase. I'd then done some digging and found that the toners I'd bought (the own brand ones) would not have fully functioning chips on them and that I would not be able to monitor the amount of print pages left. After reading this I checked with their customer team who confirmed that this functionality may be missing. This was a red flag for me as I was brazenly assured there would be no difference, given how expensive these things are, I decided to not risk it and return the own brand toners and purchase the original ones as I had intended. I'd let them know that I was going to return and order the original ones from them, I'd thought they would be keen to help me with this - they weren't and the returns process was very slow. When I received my refund I then proceeded to purchase the original toners, I placed the order and then within 15-20 minutes I get another call with another agent trying to persuade me yet again to purchase the own brand toners, I explained my reasoning to her and that I was happy with the original toners, she then seemingly began to contradict her colleague's statements about missing functionality and assure me that this was not the case - I then had to be direct and told her that I was not interested, she then began to offer me another original toner with a discount, to which I again refused. I have to say, the prices are great, but this is not good customer service; this is hounding customers into making purchases with seemingly false advertising - after this experience, I wonder if the staff are working on a commission basis rather than a philosophy to really create a great customer experience. One additional thing to add, even the own brand toners aren't dirt cheap, it would make sense to ensure safe delivery - although free delivery was offered this was with Evri (Hermes), who are not diligent in their delivery, after spending hundred on original toners I would expect the seller to use a service with a better reputation. I would think twice about using them going forward.

My HP laser printer refused to accept your products. You sent me replacements which did not work. My printer has a chip that rejects non HP . I wish to be removed from your email distribution list. Please do this for me. Many thanks Robert Lavis

Sadly we have learnt that certain models of HP printers have been specifically made to never accept Compatible or remanufactured cartridges which unfortunately we have no power to do anything about that. The ordering was fine but I never got the cartridge. You need to change your couriers who make you wait in all day to deliver then return the goods to sender if you are not in. Use royal mail - at least they put it in the letterbox!!!

Very disappointed with delivery via Evri who failed to deliver. Customer service at cartridge would not act until well over a week had passed during which time my printer stopped working and I was unable to complete tasks. Customer service was good when they kicked into action. Hope Cartridge People use more reliable delivery firm in future. I will order from Cartridge Co. again but only on price.

I originally ordered the HP cartridges, they rang and offered me a deal on their own cartridges so took the offer, the cartridges do jot work in my printer. A waste of time and money, thanks for nothing.

I called up about an issue I was having, and was told they would look into it and call or email me back and I have heard nothing 4 days later. Still have no working printer.

Having bought Ink Cartridges from CP for years for my HP Office jet 8500 without problems it would seem this time I received Non- Genuine replacements, as my printer won't recept them, £ 40 plus down the drain.

The delivery was late and I had to go to Currys to buy some. So now I have 2 sets of cartridges .I think you need to talk to your delivery people.

I bought original brand name ink for my Brother printer, then had a phone call from this store and a very nice woman persuaded me to get the store compatible inks; I've had problems with other shops compatible inks in previous printers but she assured me Brother printers were different and it would work fine. I agreed because there was a 3 year guarantee and she was very persuasive. Once installed the compatible inks were streaky and missing some dark tones despite head cleaning and repeated test sheets. They did refund me quite quickly, but I'm very unhappy with the pushy phone call after purchase persuading me to go against instinct and experience. I wouldn't shop here again for that alone.

I was under a tough deadline, and was assured that the ink cartridges I ordered would be available by the next day derlivery I paid an extra fee for. Three days later they hadn't arrived; the DPD tracker showed they were out for delivery, then delayed, then nothing. Eventually I bought the same product from Amazon instead, albeit at a slightly higher price, and they arrived within twelve hours. The Cartridge People / DPD parcel still hasn't turned up. The only good thing about Cartridge People is that they did refund my money quickly. But never again.

I made an order but never received it. The delivery company tried twice to deliver it but I was out both times. I knew I wasnt going to be there but there was no options to change the slot. They didn't leave it in my safe space and they didn't leave it with a neighbour. Once they has tried twice they sent it back, so i didn't ever receive it. They then had to refund my money. It was a complete waste of time.

The service was very good and fast and efficient but the driver spoiled everything instead of ringing the doorbell he tried to force the parcel through the letter box and ripped the package as I was at home I opened the door and asked him why he was trying to force the parcel through the door when there is a doorbell was not impressed with the driver as he tried to pull the parcel which was stuck in the letter box the envelope got ripped off
