I was pretty much promised that the Cartridge People own cartridges would work in my my HP printer and so i bought them, this was very much not the case which cost me time and money

I have used your company for many years and have always been delighted with the prompt efficient service. One of the reasons I was so happy was because it came by Royal Mail which suited my living arrangements as Royal Mail has easy access to my apartment building. Carriers do not and I had to opt for Evri to deliver to a collection point which added to the delivery time. I did not receive my inks for several days instead of the usual prompt de;ivery previously.

Dear Lynne, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I do apologise that it took longer than expected to receive your order, we do now use Evri to deliver all our parcels unless you opt for a quicker delivery and then we use DPD at a small charge. We use Evri as we are able to track the parcels a lot better than other delivery companies we have used in the past. Kind Regards Louise

Very disappointed with the product although promised the ink would work in my Epsom printer not only did it fail but it as cost me a new printer.

Having started to use Cartridge People own brand cartridges I have started to experience problems I never had with OEM cartridges. The first time the printer did not recognise the cartridge and the second time the print out is all misaligned and I am advised to perform a print head realignment. I will probably not order Cartridge People own brand again.

You perform but the delivery was very poor I wrote a review on the courier I personally would not use them doing down your service

Printer cartridges delivered 15 days after my order. Lucky I keep a few spares. I suspect poor service is due to their delivery team at Evri. Recommend they change their delivery team.

I regularly purchase inks from your company and recently had three emails concerning a price reduction, after the third email, I decided to go ahead with an order and was charged the normal price!!

It has been 7 days now since I put the order in and it is only half way through Evri tracking. Not normally like this but it is Evri what can you expect. Ink my printer is running out fast. I might have to go to Currys PC world tomorrow to get a cartridge! In addition I have had several cold calls on my mobile trying to sell me more - stop calling me. Not good.

Delivery much too ealry 7 a.m. got me out of bed. aged 87. Wish you used royal mail instead of Evri. Customers have no choice as we don't know, when we order from online retailer, which delvery company they will use. And they press the doorbell far too long. Will fell upset all day now!!

I bought HP own brand cartridges. Quantity is poor black cartridge is showing 2/3rd full and colour cartridge is showing 1/3 full. Otherwise every thing else is ok

I was as earlier stated surprised I did not receive a tester tape, I was not expecting any free tapes at all but I have seen on various statements tha you send a tester tape with printers,you sent me a pack of playing cards which I gave to my granddaughter!

The delivery, the parcel was thrown onto the path and not put in the porch therefore the parcel was very wet, I made a mistake by taking off the wrong tag , I phoned you up and asked your Si Bennet what to do , he told me it would not work now but very kindly says he will send a replace one free of change, which was outstanding service.

Packaging was torn open cartridges were still in the package but no free pen (not that it mattered)

Cartridge people have always given me a great product/service. However, my last purchase was cancelled by me due to the utter incompetence of their chosen delivery provider (Evri). I did not receive my order, even after it left the warehouse 1 week earlier. Whilst CP use Evri as their chose delivery provide I will not be placing anymore orders with your comany again. PLEASE get rid of Evri!!

Ordered cartridges for my HP printer. Not super cheap but just marginally less than Amazon. The tracking stated that my purchase would be delivered on a Wednesday by EVRI. I got a message late on Wednesday from them saying it would be delivered on Thursday. It never arrived. Finally on Friday my neighbour brought round the package as they wrongly delivered it to them. So it was 2 days late and delivered to the wrong house (there are only 7 houses in my post code). Finally, when I fitted them into my printer, it didn’t recognise non-HP cartridges. I will never use this company again.

i ordered some cartridges and received a call to say if i ordered the own brand it would be better for us i was very sceptical but ordered them - when we fitted them they dont work as promised - i did call back and didnt get a helpful response

I am afraid it was a disaster. I inserted the black cartridge which my computer accepted as I read, £new cartridge installed". i then printed an A4 page of writing and with 2 black and white photos. It printed the photos badly but absolutely no sign of the writing at all. I then printed a 'test page'. No balck printing appeaed at all. So I took the cartidge out again to see if I had removed all the bits I should have removed from the new cartridge. Unfortunately I removed too much. including the metal strips. When I inserted it again the only message was 'insert a black cartridge'. I had obviously wrecked it so I have thrown it away and bought a new cartridge from a local shop. The colour carttridge I bought from you I have yet to use.
