Good range of products. Very acceptable prices. Prompt deliveries. We had a small problem with an inoperative cartridge but this was resolved promptly and efficiently. CP contact Phil was efficient and explained everything perfectly. New order placed, againt handled efficiently by Phil, prompt response. Enjoying the tea! (Dave Pringle, Maidenhead).

I had a problem with my printer , it wasn't printing out properly I called Cartridge people hoping they could help A man called Sam, talked me through all the possible problems I ordered new cartridges which arrived the next day Every thing is working great now I couldn't believe how patient and helpful Sam was, so unusual these days i will certainly continue to use and recommend this company and particularly recommend Sam Thank you so much Mike

I’m fast approaching 80 and hate technology with a passion even though I have a printer. Phil was very kind and helpful as I’m not good with computers and helped me with placing my order for ink cartridges. As for delivery watch this space, I will comment on that if all goes well as my experience with Evri is not a happy one. Thank you once again Phil for help

Excellent service, following placement of an online order I received a friendly call to offer own brand toners, which materialised as a significant saving. I took the offer, noting there was absolutely no pressure and an email confirming the guarantee. We had a minor issue with one of the toners and a setting, this was dealt with efficiently and effectively by Si Bennett Thank you very much for a great experience and really competitive prices.

Easy ordering and re-ordering. Great prices and guarantees that refunds will be given if Cartridge People's inks don't work with your printer. Also more ink in these cartridges than in the expensive ones! Recycling available and delivery is prompt.

WHAT A DIFFERENCE A DAY MAKES..... - PROBLEM DIAGNOSED, RESOLVED AND TONER REPLACED WITHIN 24 HOURS! Big panic when my Cartridge People 'Own Brand' high black yield toner cartridge decided to stop working and display frightening messages on my Lexmark display screen 'problem with black cartridge - error code 31.40C'. Reseating toner cart, cleaning contacts, rebooting and resetting printer ....but nothing worked. I then easily contacted Cartridge People online via their website, and was initially unfairly critical due to my frustration. But both Lyndsay and Hannah were there immediately to help me at every step. They explained the possibilities of the problem and carefully traced the solution. Lexmark had been taken over by Xerox and, unbeknown to me, had been installing automatic firmware updates which were not recognised by the toner cartridge. A common problem. They were able to check firmware versions and determine the appropriate cartridge to match that craftily installed software. With no quibble whatsoever, they despatched a brand new 'high yield' replacement which, surprisingly, arrived the very next day, very securely packaged and at no charge! Even then I was sceptical if it would work, but the new one was recognised immediately, communication restored and the printer came back to life!! This level of reassuring customer service just exceeds expectation!! With so many rogue sellers/scammers about, it's difficult to know who to trust. I should never have doubted Cartridge People and now realise these people are 100% trustworthy. I am so very grateful to Lyndsay and Hannah and I will definitely come back for all my future orders, including all the other 'high yield' toner cartridge colours as they represent sheer outstanding good value. No point paying exorbitant amounts elsewhere. A big thank to these wonderful women (did I mention Lyndsay and Hannah?), and to the Cartridge People Team!!

I have used the Cartridge People for a number of years very happily for printer ink. They offer good value and quick delivery. After completing my order for some replacement cartridges today I found they also offer SD cards. I rang to see if I could add a couple to my previous order to save the small delivery charge. I was informed this was not possible; however if I completed my second order they would refund the delivery charge, which I did. This query was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Lindsay showing a level of service which is sadly lacking with many other companies. Well done the Cartridge People

Great customer care service. Had a problem with ink smudging when printing. Spoke to Gemma at Cartridge People - very knowledgeable, quickly identified the problem, sent a replacement cartridge and the problem was swiftly resolved. First class care.
