Very pleased with the service today, i called Cartridge People as we had been let down by our contract printer supplies, i tried to obtain a toner locally, found someone else who didn't know what the cartridge was i needed as they'd never heard of it, and put the phone down! Marianne was very helpful and took the time to locate the alternative toner details and offered own brand or branded, due to time constraints after payment she arranged for me to collect direct from their local distribution warehouse, this was extremely useful to us. She also offered some pointers on how to safely exchange the cannisters if the own brand wasn't a tight enough fit. Very knowledgeable and very helpful Thank you Marianne !

I was impressed by Sheree's prompt response to the Cartrigde problem, the helpful advice on what might solve the problem and when that did not help the prompt provision (with no quibbles!) of a replacement.

Hannah very prompt and helpful in resolving an issue with my Epson printer which wouldn’t print. A cleaning cartridge and new ink cartridge which arrived the next day fixed the issue.

I had a problem with a cartridge supplied by Cartridge people, where the printer indicated a faulty cartridge. When I spoke to Louise at Cartridge people she talked me through trying to rectify the problem. when this did not work she arranged a replacement cartridge, and that arrived very quickly! Excellent support and service - this was the first time that I have had an issue with their cartridges, so if there is a problem, I know they have my back!

My printer didn't like refilled cartridges so I contacted customer services. Marianne was very helpful indeed and we decided that the best way forward was for her to refund my purchase. Excellent customer service! Thanks

Really appreciated the call back from Sam after I had ordered the wrong cartridge. Just receiving an email to say tough luck was not a good experience but the phone call made me see where the mistake was and we managed to order a replacement at not too great cost as i went for their own brand - and arranged for next day delivery. Situation rescued. Much appreciated.

I had some problems installing and then operating a new cartridge. I spoke with Marianne, a Customer Service Agent for about 30 minutes. The cartridge was configured differently from those I have bought before and she sent a video by email to describe the mechanism, and she stayed on the call while I installed it. There was then a further issue in resetting my printer - which seems more of an art than a science! Our joint perseverance paid off and I finally got it operating. Marianne was professional throughout whilst being personable. Excellent service.
