I was disappointed on this occasion not to be able to buy a 4 colour ink pack of Epson ink for a Workforce-4745 printer.

The products are appropriate and the service is fair, but as a customer on your mailing list - it is a tad annoying & inappropriate to have to answer silly questions about security every time one wishes to place an order!

I ordered one of it's own Brother replacement toner cartridges but the print faded within four months. The monitor said it was still three quarters full. Other cartridges have usually lasted 2 to 3 years. Thinking it was the drum I bought a new one. No luck. I then bought a genuine Brother toner cartridge. It all works fine now. A verry expenses toner renewal from Cartridge People.

Normally have no issues been using for few years as required, I always use branded genuine ink but got a phone call from someone in sales questioning why and wanting me to use own brand non genuine I explained it a personal preference and I also resell to my own customers. I don't get any special service or discount and have been happy with that, delivery is quick that's why I use C.P. I was then informed that because your policy is not to supply resellers you wont accept future orders. Not happy with the attitude or policy and there is plenty other suppliers. My policy is to be happy with any order I receive.

Delivery was great - but the toner I’m not happy with. There’s no chip on the cartridge so the printer won’t acknowledge it being fitted.

Delivery was prompt. However cartridges caused a problem when printing and left yellow streaks

Bought Epsom printer XP2100 the original black cartridge ran out replaced with genuine replacement printer still didn't work phoned Cartridge to be told needed to replace all colours which was not mentioned did still doesn't work phoned again and received a replacement black cartridge FOC the printer still didn't work. The orange ink light remains on. This has cost me over £40 pound on replacement ink almost as much as the printer. Not very happy Peter White

I don't use a lot of ink. My initial order wasn't compatible with my printer, I received replacement cartridges that also were not compatible and when I went to order more ink, I didn't even get a discount. If I wasn't desperate to print off some documents, I would have shopped elsewhere. So much for the 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Not sure I would trust reviews for a compatible cartridge again as the Brother TN - 1050 substitute I purchased in no way performs as well as previous originals. Suddenly I'm getting smudges, smears and lines that weren't there before and are not there when the original is reinserted (so it definitely isn't a dirty drum). This has been false economy and a complete waste of time.

Dear John, Thank you for your review regarding the price increase of your compatible cartridges. Please allow me to explain the reason behind the movement in price. The majority of our compatible cartridges are purchased from China As a result of the Corona Virus in Europe, the collection of empty cartridges, the main component used in manufacturing, has been severely impacted. The cost of empty cartridges in China have therefore increased by 40%. In addition to the above, we have received a 5% increase in postal costs If you take these price increases and currency fluctuations into account, you will see that we have not passed all of them on to our customers. I am sure that once retail and supply chains revert to normal, that price increases will go back to how they were I hope that the above explanation will satisfy you, and you are reassured that we are trying to maintain the best prices and quality for our customers. well, i'm afraid that i have just bought a non-Brother ink cartridge for the first time. And it's the first time that my printer refused to print - several times over. Yes, of course I got it sorted but it took a while, and the waste of time was a greater loss than the money saved by buying your brand. The other thing is of course that my trust in Catridge People has been eroded. I don't at all mind the fact that you sell both types but the description on your website is unhelpful and a bit pushy. but.... Anyway, may i suggest that the wording of your recommendationon the website is put in a more balanced way? I can see that you are obeying the law in your advertisement but it is not helpful for customers you may want to keep long-term. My ratings of you would have been much higher after previous purchases but i don't like this new webiste layout - it's messy, cluttered and harder to navigate - as well as offering a non-helpful recommendation.

I didn't like that they called me to try to convince me to buy an Epson compatible ink; which I assume, although cheaper for me they probably receive a greater profit mark up. Very annoying, especially as they would not take no for an answer until I got angry with them.

I recently replaced a Black cartridge with one I ordered and which came quickly. However, my printer is still saying the ink is low. Also, a coloured cartridge I ordered a few months ago doesn’t fit although the spec is the same. It’s disappointing.
