I paid extra to have next day delivery , but I wasmnt in and unlike every other delivery company they did not leave the parcel. So they wanted to deliver the next day which i was going to be out so had to have it the day after that with instructions to leave it. The packaging was crushed and the cartrdige smashed , I complined nd they wanted photos which i sent , they refunded the £5 next day delivery charge but no cartridge refund as they want me to send it all back which takes time i dont have.

I was intending to buy an original cartridge from Brother however your company suggested me for a similar product with a good price. Since of that, my print is rubbish. Very bad quality. l can't wait to finish this tonner to buy an original one.

Sent an email asking about the Orient Express prize advertised on the cartridge return plastic envelopes. Was told it was going to be investigated- heard NOTHING since, Very poor customer service.!!!!

Unfortunately, the e-mail I sent yo bounced back with a message to say you didn't exist. I wanted to return some cartridges brought in error. if this does reach you can you let me know how i can do this. many thanks. But the goods came very quickly.

We are a business customer, yet DPD keep trying to deliver on a Saturday and show the delivery location as the rear fire door! The instructions to DPD should be week days only. If DPD cannot tell the difference between an entrance and a fire door, perhaps you should use someone else. I cannot answer the questions about condition or date, the items have not arrived yet. There is no one at the office on Saturdays!

I have just ordered some more cartridges and have noticed that your prices have increased by £1.50 per cartridge!!!!! Why? I always thought you were good value for money, I have just bought enough to tide me over until I find a new supplier which is better value.

I was going to get in touch with you, I was informed when I purchased your branded cartridges that they would be compatible with my Epson XP-4100. I have just put them in the printer, and every time I print it flags up an error message that I have not got genuine Epson inks and it clicks and makes noises and after a minute or so it prints.

Disappointed with this purchase, firstly the yellow cartridge leaked all over my fingers. All colours did not work to start with, but after contacting Customer service they informed me how to programme the printer to clean them, but did not offer anything for the leaking cartridge even after the statement that they are 100% guaranteed. My previous purchase of the same cartridges were fine which is why I came back for more.

Have bought from Cartridge People regularly over the years but have recently found prices to be much higher than competitors. I enquired today if a price match is offered and gave details of cheaper supplier. Was told you have to purchase from CP at higher price and then follow a process to receive a refund of the difference. When cheaper prices are so easily found online by reputable companies, customers are unlikely to remain loyal. Delivery and live chat are very efficient but price competition is lacking.

Offered me a good price on genuine cartridges - happy Insisted I was an idiot for not choosing their own brand cartridges - insulted I do not want to be a customer of a company that makes it's low opinion of me so clear

I am not a happy chappy. I received the multiple pack of four cartridges the day after ordering, which was excellent service. However when I come to print the paper, it is just a blank sheet that comes out of the Epson Stylus SX415. I have previously not had any problems with the ink cartridges supplied by Cartridge People, but this time I am very dissatisfied. I would be very grateful if you would give me a cash refund. I ordered some index files with an order. Paid for next day delivery but three days. Part of order put of stock. They then said 12th April. Just before that date told not in stock until july so cancelled and was refunded. Customer service brilliant but 4 months for index files is just not on.

I had to wait nearly 3 weeks for my ink. I know this was not your fault but that of Royal Mail whose delivery service here is totally useless. So I suggest you use another service but do tell Royal Mail why!!

Faulty cartridge sent out so after going through the process of sending proofs, they sent a new one. This had exploded in the box by the time it arrived with us, so a third cartridge was sent out. This was also faulty. I must say despite this unfortunate set of events Craig Wood was helpful and sincere (and is the reason for the 2 stars and not 1), the same cannot be said for the girl (who I am not going to name) whom I spoke to following the third faulty cartridge, when Craig was not available. She was more interested in getting their faulty cartridges back than resolving the issue in any way. This is a shame as we purchased all of our cartridges through Cartridge People and now need to find another company.

This was absolutely rubbish. It prints nothing very next time. I found out that you have to install the cartridges every time you print.

I had used Cartridge People several times for ink and so far had no complaints, however this last order I purchased 500 Sheets of paper as well. On unwrapping the parcel the paper appears to have exploded out of its packaging, leaving some pages bent with bruised corners. I would have expected better care over packing.
