I am not a happy chappy. I received the multiple pack of four cartridges the day after ordering, which was excellent service. However when I come to print the paper, it is just a blank sheet that comes out of the Epson Stylus SX415. I have previously not had any problems with the ink cartridges supplied by Cartridge People, but this time I am very dissatisfied. I would be very grateful if you would give me a cash refund. I ordered some index files with an order. Paid for next day delivery but three days. Part of order put of stock. They then said 12th April. Just before that date told not in stock until july so cancelled and was refunded. Customer service brilliant but 4 months for index files is just not on.

I had to wait nearly 3 weeks for my ink. I know this was not your fault but that of Royal Mail whose delivery service here is totally useless. So I suggest you use another service but do tell Royal Mail why!!

Hi, I bought two , one colour and black cartridges from you, with in one week black cartridge finished, but colour one still there, I hardly use the printer

Faulty cartridge sent out so after going through the process of sending proofs, they sent a new one. This had exploded in the box by the time it arrived with us, so a third cartridge was sent out. This was also faulty. I must say despite this unfortunate set of events Craig Wood was helpful and sincere (and is the reason for the 2 stars and not 1), the same cannot be said for the girl (who I am not going to name) whom I spoke to following the third faulty cartridge, when Craig was not available. She was more interested in getting their faulty cartridges back than resolving the issue in any way. This is a shame as we purchased all of our cartridges through Cartridge People and now need to find another company.

This was absolutely rubbish. It prints nothing very next time. I found out that you have to install the cartridges every time you print.

I had used Cartridge People several times for ink and so far had no complaints, however this last order I purchased 500 Sheets of paper as well. On unwrapping the parcel the paper appears to have exploded out of its packaging, leaving some pages bent with bruised corners. I would have expected better care over packing.

Your compatible cartridges where not liked by our EPSON XP-452 printer and was hard to get it to use them and print!

Black Canon type PGI - 35 is fine. However, the colour (36) was useless. It only printed a faint pink colour. I may give one more try with a further order for a different printer - final chance!

Unfortunately the ink cartridges have not worked with our printer despite saying they were compatible - only the coloured one seems to work.

Their "compatible" cartridges are nowhere as good as the OEM version. Print quality is poor reliability is variable to say the least.

Bought aToner but wasnt told I would need a Cartridge Drum to go with it and they dont stock it so was a waste of MONEY because I cannot Use it with out the Drum

Good morning Mr Hinchley Thank you for your review. I can see that you have recently ordered the drum unit for the printer from ourselves. A drum unit does not have to be replaced every time that the toner is changed, (which is why they are not sold together), only when the printer indicates for you to do so, several toner changes per drum is normal. The toner is separate to the drum unit and sits within it. I hope this helps. This is the second time I have been asked to do this! So I will repeat what happened. I was sent cartridges which were supposed to be compatible but did not fit into my printer. Eventually I sent images of the packages so that they could be identified. I have had my cash refunded but still have no cartridges.

The first set of cartridges I used, the photos were discoloured. After several further attempts, I used the second pair of cartridges, and the photos were satisfactory. So , not too happy. D.Cameron.

I placed my order for Genuine Brother cartridges and received them the next morning. Very quick excellent service. However, after I placed my order on the PC, I was then chased on my phone and finally pursued to change part of my order to Cartridge People ink. As I feared the CP cartridge did not work, and was recognized as non ? ink on the printer panel. Fortunately I had kept one of the genuine Brother cartridges on the order, and swapped it in, and after two head cleans the printer now functions normally. It might be CP poor cartridge, it might be "Big" Brother programming to give ? ink a bad time. Probably two hours, a lot of cursing and now the process of trying to get a refund to go, for an £8 saving. Be Warned.

Your site was not at all clear regarding the compatibility of the various cartridges with my particular cartridge number. it took two emails to clarify this. On receipt of the cartridge I thought I knew how to replace it and as I could not get the unit to print I sent detailed photos of my problem which were not responded to. Fortunately on moving the box I saw the instructions and even though I thought that I'd fixed the cartridge correctly I read the instructions and found that I had not. I am very dissapointed with your lack of response. The resulting stress of not being able to print essential documents has been excessive and costly.
