I installed the new laser cartridge in my printer only to find it is printing light grey down the right hand side of the page. I emailed you soon after, having tried to remedy the problem by shaking cartridge etc. I had no response to my email, and I'm still waiting?

By mistake I ordered the wrong cartridge and was unable to change it. A very expensive mistake

Not happy as I had there alternative inks to HP so in fairness they did credit some but no 8no black ink! so I had to thro away! So I went to purchase the HP ink from CP but they were a lot more expensive so I ended up going to HP.

I am sorry that our original cartridges seemed too expensive. Original products are being sold at close to cost - the original manufacturers are increasing their prices which means we have to pass this on. Very sorry. Next time I require inks for my printer I will check out my local very well known retail shop where I could have purchased the inks for £12.00 less.

Not that impressed. Bought a drum and a print cartridge for my Brother printer, I bought the cheaper version that was not made by Brother and neither work in my machine. Even so the total cost was over £80. Even though they knew that this was probably going to be the case, there was no indication of it through reviews or in the description of the products on their website. When I wanted to return the items, I was sent two pre-written emails of instructions to try to get my printer to accept the cartridge and drum, neither worked. They say they do accept returns, but in reality they don't. Be warned, the cheaper cartridges do not work in Brother printers.

Have problems connecting printer. Phoned yourselves. Someone will ring back. Still waiting! My present problem is: I do not have a mobile phone/number to give to the machine. Any suggestions??

Dear Danny, Thank you for your review. Page life provided for an ink cartridge is based on lab tests done following ISO standards. When these test are performed the same page is printed continuously on standard settings using standard A4 paper, unless it is specifically a photo cartridge where they may use alternative settings. Keep in mind, there are countless variables when using at home, including, but not limited to, cleanings, printer clean cycles, saturation, etc. I will send you full information by email regarding this along with some tips to get the most out of your Original Brother Cartridges. I was disappointed on this occasion not to be able to buy a 4 colour ink pack of Epson ink for a Workforce-4745 printer.

The products are appropriate and the service is fair, but as a customer on your mailing list - it is a tad annoying & inappropriate to have to answer silly questions about security every time one wishes to place an order!

I ordered one of it's own Brother replacement toner cartridges but the print faded within four months. The monitor said it was still three quarters full. Other cartridges have usually lasted 2 to 3 years. Thinking it was the drum I bought a new one. No luck. I then bought a genuine Brother toner cartridge. It all works fine now. A verry expenses toner renewal from Cartridge People.

Normally have no issues been using for few years as required, I always use branded genuine ink but got a phone call from someone in sales questioning why and wanting me to use own brand non genuine I explained it a personal preference and I also resell to my own customers. I don't get any special service or discount and have been happy with that, delivery is quick that's why I use C.P. I was then informed that because your policy is not to supply resellers you wont accept future orders. Not happy with the attitude or policy and there is plenty other suppliers. My policy is to be happy with any order I receive.

Delivery was great - but the toner I’m not happy with. There’s no chip on the cartridge so the printer won’t acknowledge it being fitted.

Bought Epsom printer XP2100 the original black cartridge ran out replaced with genuine replacement printer still didn't work phoned Cartridge to be told needed to replace all colours which was not mentioned did still doesn't work phoned again and received a replacement black cartridge FOC the printer still didn't work. The orange ink light remains on. This has cost me over £40 pound on replacement ink almost as much as the printer. Not very happy Peter White
