We had 2 cartridges fail recently, one was faulty from the start and would not print at all. The other a replacement started well then started to mis print and leave out sections. We replaced that again and all seems to be ok. But we have noticed that the ink is not drying as quick as it used to. It used to be possible to take from the printer and fold almost as soon as it was printed. We now need to leave a few minutes

Good price for an original Brother toner cartridge. *Really hard sell* to try to persuade me to buy an own brand cartridge. I had to say "no" several times after they called me (unsolicited). I know what I was buying and I know what I want. If I'd have known there'd be this phone call and hard sell, I would have considered paying a few quid more to buy from somewhere else. On the other hand, the cartridge was delivered promptly.

Cartridges were delivered promptly. Unfortunately the black ink cartridge does not work consistently for some reason. The printer is almost new and worked fine with the branded canon cartridge.

Item pictured on website did not match what I actually received, which was disappointing. Bear this in mind when purchasing, as I was told by customer service that images are just for illustrative purposes. I note that I was given the option to return and receive a refund.

I was disappointed with the Colour People tri-colour cartridge for my Canon printer. It produces washed out colours. This is of no consequence when printing official documents but for prints of friends, family and outings of photographic quality, I have reverted to the original HP tri-colour cartridge. It produces much sharper and more saturated colours.

Unfortunately my last purchase of ink fell way below the norm. Very rarely do any printing yet the printer is showing the colour cartridge as empty. I’ve not printed more than 10 pages which have colour in them. So, very disappointed. Will now have to order again!!

Fast delivery as usual. Disappointed though one of the generic colour XL Carthage’s failed to print. Unfortunately the old a new were mixed up in an attempt to urgently print a document. Unable then to return. An expensive mistake and probably our last purchase.

I placed my order on the internet as usual and didn't appreciate the pushy phone call I received trying to get me to buy a cheaper alternative, I would have liked it better if, as on previous occasions, I had just been sent what I ordered without the hassle! I will order elsewhere in future.

Sadly Cartridge People cartridge only prints every third line despite cleaning printer head.

Hi, unfortunately the cartridges do not seem to work with my printer. The printer is a Canon TS 5151. This seemed to happen when I updated the software on the printer. I’m going to get a young person to look at it I.e. my son. Regards, Mike Update - sorry. The cartridges are still not working

I installed the new laser cartridge in my printer only to find it is printing light grey down the right hand side of the page. I emailed you soon after, having tried to remedy the problem by shaking cartridge etc. I had no response to my email, and I'm still waiting?

By mistake I ordered the wrong cartridge and was unable to change it. A very expensive mistake

Not happy as I had there alternative inks to HP so in fairness they did credit some but no 8no black ink! so I had to thro away! So I went to purchase the HP ink from CP but they were a lot more expensive so I ended up going to HP.

Next time I require inks for my printer I will check out my local very well known retail shop where I could have purchased the inks for £12.00 less.

Not that impressed. Bought a drum and a print cartridge for my Brother printer, I bought the cheaper version that was not made by Brother and neither work in my machine. Even so the total cost was over £80. Even though they knew that this was probably going to be the case, there was no indication of it through reviews or in the description of the products on their website. When I wanted to return the items, I was sent two pre-written emails of instructions to try to get my printer to accept the cartridge and drum, neither worked. They say they do accept returns, but in reality they don't. Be warned, the cheaper cartridges do not work in Brother printers.

Have problems connecting printer. Phoned yourselves. Someone will ring back. Still waiting! My present problem is: I do not have a mobile phone/number to give to the machine. Any suggestions??

Dear Danny, Thank you for your review. Page life provided for an ink cartridge is based on lab tests done following ISO standards. When these test are performed the same page is printed continuously on standard settings using standard A4 paper, unless it is specifically a photo cartridge where they may use alternative settings. Keep in mind, there are countless variables when using at home, including, but not limited to, cleanings, printer clean cycles, saturation, etc. I will send you full information by email regarding this along with some tips to get the most out of your Original Brother Cartridges.
