“This company has great customer service for delivery and for troubleshooting. I phoned when my printer wouldn't accept the cartridge and Simon Heath helped me get back on track. He mailed instructions for a reset and, happy days, I could continue my printing.”

“I placed an order, I was contacted within minutes with a better deal, not only did they save me money but refunded the difference straight away. My goods came the following day. With service as good as this I will definitely be ordering from Cartridge People again.”

“I'd made an order for ink cartridges for Canon printer . The next day, I had a call from the Cartridge People, offering their own at a larger volume for both colour and black ink for an additional sum. I was dubious at first, because of potential scams but, true to his word, the replacement cartridges arrived the next day. I can't say yet if they will last longer but so far so good!”

“I purchased an own-brand ink cartridge which leaked all over my fingers. I reported this to George at Cartridge People and he could not have been more helpful. My replacement cartridge arrived in 24 hours which is really great service. I have always been very happy with Cartridge People and the reason for only giving four stars is the ink stain on my fingers which George also gave me advice about removing!”

“Always delivered promptly, good prices, quality stuff. I have recently changed my printer and the first replacement cartridge I installed was not recognised by the software. Very frustrating and after fruitless attempts at rebooting I contacted the Cartridge People help section. Sheree phoned me back and talked me patiently through an alternative process - very impressed!”

“After a problem with initial delivery not arriving, I e mailed Cartridge People and received a phone call from Sam who was able to see there was a problem and despatched another cartridge which I received without any further issues. Always previously received any order very promptly.”
