“My parcel was mislaid by the carrier and I was immediately offered a refund or a replacement. The packet arrived by a different courier the following day. Excellent service - thank you Marianne.”

“Cartridge People have always delivered excellent service and very prompt delivery, with helpful money saving suggestions. Marianne was particularly responsive in facilitating a refund for items ordered that could no longer be used dud to change of printer.”

“I contacted Cartridge People to query that a cartridge received was not recognised by the printer when installed. Melanie was extremely helpful in assisting me. It turned out that my husband had ordered the cartridge from a different supplier so it wasn't a faulty cartridge from Cartridge People at all. Thanks Melanie for your help. Rosaleen”

“I originally gave 5 stars after ordering a full set of own-brand colour/black ink cartridges - but two of the colours were not recognised by my Epson printer, which caused an error code that I couldn't bypass, so the printer was out of use for a while. However, I emailed Cartridge People and the issue was dealt with very efficiently by Lindsay. She offered some practical advice and when that didn't work, she offered a full refund or replacement cartridges. The replacements were sent out next-day delivery (because my printer was out of use) and I'm happy to report that the problem is resolved. The 5 Star customer service is very reassuring and so I will return to Cartridge People for future cartridges.”

“Great communication by Vicky when we needed to follow up an order which was being delivered in multiple deliveries. Responsive by email in timely manner and also followed up on our behalf and arranged for one missing item to be replaced. Vicky was really helpful and made the order process easy.”

“It was easy to order the required cartridges, and they were dispatched promptly. But the service was let down by their delivery courier, Evri who took the next 6 days to deliver the items. For small items like printer cartridges it would be far better, and probably cheaper, to use Royal Mail. Once here, they were easy to install and do what's expected of them. My previous purchase lasted over a year.”

“Tried to place an order three times on three different days but the Cartridge People system was down. Very frustrating. When my cartridges arrived the poor packaging was damaged as was one of the cartridges. A code I was given to apply at the point of payment was not accepted by the person I spoke to despite my informing them of the problems I had experienced over the previous three days. Poor customer service.”
