“Excellent and the only people to include a Freepost bag from Canon to recycle used printer cartridges. Amazon has never done this, ever, and this alone should be reason enough to buy from “The Cartridge People”.”

“Unfortunately, I had to contact Cartridge People’s customer service after receiving a faulty cartridge. However, my experience was quickly turned around thanks to Rachel, who provided absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. She responded promptly, handled the issue with care and professionalism, and arranged a replacement without any hassle. Rachel made the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free. It's rare to receive such attentive customer service these days, and I truly appreciate the way she managed everything. Because of her excellent support, I’ll definitely be using Cartridge People again in the future. She absolutely deserves recognition for the excellent service she provided!”

“Had a compatible cartridge fail to load (I guess a faulty chip)- contacted customer services by email and Gemma sent out a replacement cartridge that day for next day delivery. Can't fault that!”

“Defo would recommend them cheaper then anywere else and fast delivery would come back again once need more ink just wont say big thank you to Si Bennett from customer service for sorting my delivery out as my 1st order got damaged he was soon on case got me other one ordered got it next day cheers mate”

“Great service from this company. Have purchased from them a couple of times, however the latest purchase of hp cartridges the black cartridge did not work. This is rare as I have used hundreds of cartridges over the years and never had this type of fault. Contacted cartridge people who sent a replacement which was received the next day. Amazing service, would recommend to everyone.”

“Wow, so many other companies could learn a thing or two about customer services from Cartridge People! I recently ordered 3 packs of Matte paper which were not only the best price online, but also delivered next day (even though I went for the cheapo option lol). It wasn't until I'd got through one pack of paper that I discovered the second pack had a bumped corner, meaning all the card inside had bumped corners too. As I was using the card for prints (to sell) I couldn't use damaged stock, so I contacted Cartridge People and asked about a refund or replacement. Like with most companies I expected to hearing nothing for 48/72 hours. Amazingly I got a reply almost instantly from a very helpful guy called Liam, telling me a replacement was already on it's way to me. I even offered to photograph the damage but that wasn't needed. I'll definitely be buying all my printer goods from here in future (and the way my printer consumes ink that'll be a lot!).”

“Lindsay was fantastic! She was polite, professional and helpful in the face of my silly mistakes and subsequent frustration.
