“The service is good. But the Black cartrige I replaced faild before |I expected it to and its teplacement only printed around 20 sheets, either the cartriges were under filled or they were faulty. After many years I am suptised to have two poor cartriges.”

“Always a great speedy service on ink delivery! I've had to phone in the past and they were so helpful. Recently I had a question about HP ink, due to a new printer, and Hannah couldn't have been more obliging, clear and knowledgeable. She was very patient and also emailed me afterwards with more detail...and even had to resend it when it 'disappeared'!!! I am extremely happy with their expert service and own products.”

“The own brand cartridge seems great. easy to fit and printing like a dream. They actually called to check if i needed more as they had a price rise on the horizon but I'm a very low use printer so it was nice but not right for me.”
