Unfortunately I had a bad experience this time. The order was changed without my knowledge, I had to return it for credit, which was a hassle.

I am sorry to hear your order did not arrive as expected. We use Royal Mail, as they successfully deliver billions of items a year to millions of addresses. In the majority of cases items are delivered, within their estimated time frame. However, on occasion parcels can get delayed or misplaced. I have requested for your email address to be removed from our mailing list. Please allow 2-3 days for this to be actioned.

Couple of years experience shows that: Picture Expert 302XL Blacks OK. Picture Expert 302XL Colour have short lifetime (not much longer than an original equipment 302 standard) Best to avoid the Picture Expert 302XL.

After ordering 4 cartridges in the morning at one price, 2 hours later I received an e-mail quoting a lower price.I did manage to rectify this by phone but when ht e cartridges arrived my printer didn't like them and played up so much so I have purchased a different printer and hope your inks work better with this one.

We thought the compatible cartridge would work as well as the original, but unfortunately it doesn't. We have a message on the printer saying the toner needs changing. Our technical guy took a look at it and managed to get the toner to work but we still have that message, so we won't know when the toner really is getting low :(

Hi Guys, very sorry that this time you failed - I have a HP ENVY 5640 on receipt of a different Ink package - 62XL's I read the label only to find that the label stated 'For use on' various printers but not mine. I had to go to the expense of ringing your office to inquire if these Inks were suitable for my Printer - I was told yes, I suggested that it would be helpful if the comment 'and some other printers' was added to the label only to be told that was a different department. So I imagine that everyone trying these Inks for the first time have to ring you up to see if they are suitable for a 5640. You seem to have no Continuous Improvement process. I still have not needed to use them yet I hope the information given to me was correct. Delivery speed excellent if they do work I will still use yourselves

Dear Mr Cook Thank you for your review. The 62 and 62XL cartridges are suitable for many printers, not all of which can be listed on the boxes, and this list would grow in number as new models are produced. We do, however, list which printers are compatible with each cartridge on our website. The best way to ensure that you order the cartridges which are suitable for your printer is to input the model of your printer into the large search bar in the centre at the top of our website home page. Disappointed in the delivery of my order which took 6 days, although this included the New Year one day holiday. One of the cartridge boxes was marked light magenta, but included a magenta cartridge, which of course did not fit the particular slot in the printer.

I am terribly sorry delivery did not meet your expectations. The order was placed at 10pm and then dispatched the following day. Normally delivery takes between 2-4 working days. However, we do advise that we have to allow upto 7 working days for delivery, especially this time of the year. Invoice says £3.48 but was charged £12.48. They said they would change order from Canon own brand to there own but they didn't.

Well the coloured ink cartridge still shows as low on ink when I only just inserted a new cartridge- the black was fine!

I ordered on 11 December 2018 and still await delivery. I know its Christmas but our postal service is normally better than this.

Bought a colour and a black ink cartridge. The Colour one is ok but the black prints smudged print which is unusable.
