“Excellent service from customer service - this included a cancellation of my cartridge order made the previous day and arranging a refund. Cancellation was due to no longer needing the cartridges due to a technical fault on my printer. Fast and efficient service from Si H.”

“As always, good price and the colour cartridge produced good quality prints immediately. Only issue on this occasion, and first time it has happened, is that the courier delivered to wrong address.”

“After placing my order for Canon original cartridges, I was called by the sales team offering me the Cartridge own brand ones. I pointed out I had placed my order the for cheapest option. It turns out there was an error on the website. Since they had accepted my order they would have to honour the price. However I received the own brand cartridges rather than the Canon ones . I am not happy but I needed to install them straight away so I couldn't get replacements.”
