“I had a problem with printing despite putting a new black ink cartridge into the printer. I phoned and spoke to Marianne. She listened carefully and sent an email with full guidance to follow. I did this and now the printing is perfect again. It was good to be able to speak to a human being straight away to help solve the problem. This advice has saved me buying a new printer. Thank you for a great service.”

“Outstanding service! I had a problem with an ink cartridge that appeared to be damaged when it arrived. I emailed customer service and Phil responded within a few hours even though it was a Bank Holiday weekend. After sending a photo of the ink cartridge Phil arranged for a replacement with no fuss and it arrived promptly the following day. Great customer service and thank you to Phil.”

“Phil was absolutely fantastic in supporting me today. After I had incorrectly ordered a drum unit, he not only cancelled the order, processed a refund and reordered the correct unit, but he also followed up with an email containing the links to all consumables compatible with my printer! Overall, Phil was an absolute delight to deal with and couldn't have been more helpful!”

“After trying to deal with EVRI (Courier) for about a week with regard to a non delivery, Chris from Cartridge People is now handling this problem Chris quickly understood what needed to be done and has transfered our order to another courier Ghris was extremely helpful”

“Many thanks to Louise in Customer Service for her prompt reply to my resent problem with goods purchased. After forwarding more information she was able to arrange for me to get a refund. I have purchased from this company for several years and this is the only time I’ve had to report a problem.
