“Have ordered a few times from Cartridge People and their own brand cartridges have been great, providing excellent value for money and they seem to last a long time. Recently I had an issue with a couple of HP 304XL cartridges that my printer would not accept so I contacted customer services and spoke to Marianne. She was very helpful and explained a few things I could do to try and resolve the problem but failing that said replacements could be sent out or money refunded. I opted for replacements and within 2 days of my initial contact I had the new cartridges and the one I have installed is working fine. Would highly recommend this company, it was so nice to actually be able to speak to someone and to feel that they really wanted to help. Excellent communication on the phone and also by email. Delivery has always been very quick, usually next day and a nice extra touch is the little free gifts they often include! Thank you.”

“VHQ item and packaging with very fast delivery! There was no need to try contacting me by phone re buying one of your own cartridges instead... I tried one before and found that the definition just wasn't as good as an original Canon cartridge despite every effort to align it.”

“I am sorry to have to say that I did not have a good experience with Cartridge People on my first purchase, partly due to my experience with your carrier DPD who should not have delvered a questionable package. Please take a look at my correspondence with you. I think you will agree that it has been so unpleasant and inconvenient that you will surely understand nil points are justified.”

“Always good prices. I'm not particularly keen on the unsolicited phone calls to persuade me to buy your compatible cartridges when I have ordered a genuine one. I've agreed this time but have yet to install the cartridge so it remains to be seen if the problems of leaking powder I have experienced in the past have been solved.”

“Prices are as good as you can get elsewhere but I’ve marked CP down due to their constant, daily, pestering emails urging you to buy before “prices go up” I’ll monitor the prices next time I want to buy to see if that’s true. If they haven’t, and they keep pestering in the meantime, they will lose my business”
