“No VAT number on anything, tried ringing to get it no reply. Items crushed in lack of good packing, split outer Epsom case, both inks. Really need to put a vat number on the invoices, did'nt recieve a vat invoice with delivery. There is no sign of a vat number on the website or confirmation of order.”

“I was persuaded to change from Canon brand to Cartridge People's own brand - reluctantly, as last time I tried them my printer wouldn't print. I was assured the spec had changed, and sure enough they now work perfectly! Delighted that I can now benefit from much better value and excellent quality.”

“After ordering the ink arrived very quickly which is very good customer service in my opinion. Supplying a return bag for the empty ink cartridge is also a good idea so they can be recycled.”

“I placed an on-line order for an HP toner cartridge on Saturday 28th March. Their website is very user-friendly and prices for "genuine" products are very competitive. I selected standard delivery which was free-of-charge. I immediately received a confirmation email. Later in the weekend I had another email from Cartridge People with the courier service EVRI delivery tracking details and a link so I could monitor my parcel. I reviewed this link and found that pleasingly delivery was expected on the Tuesday (31st). On the Tuesday I received an updated email from EVRI confirming anticipated delivery time. As expected EVRI arrived with my package. The combined service from Cartridge People and their courier company EVRI is first-class and very impressive. Thank you to everyone involved.”
