“We are really pleased with the service recieved. We placed the order on a Friday morning, and got a call from Chris to double check our address as it did not look correct on their system. As a high value order, it was good that someone made the call, rather than the delivery go astray. It arrived safely Monday morning. Thanks”

“I had an issue with initially one and then when another colour needed to be replaced a second Brother compatible toner cartridge. Caroline and Si could not have been more helpful in guiding me, self-confessed technophobe, through the printer settings and instructions to ensure that it was an issue with the cartridge. Having discovered that it was they replaced the items by next day delivery both times. One couldn't ask for more. Thank you.”
