“I had an issue with a product that I purchased and the customer service was outstanding. Communication was really prompt and personal and just made sense. It was handled by Aden and went well beyond the service I've received in other companies. All resolved very quickly and to my satisfaction. Would recommend highly.”

“The initial purchase and delivery of a new printer went just fine - easy process, quick to arrange delivery, good communication. Unfortunately my printer had a fault and had to be replaced. The returns process could not have been easier. I dealt with the excellent Hannah who could not be faulted. She diagnosed the problem within a couple of emails, sending very clear instrutions on what I should try. She immediately arranged for collection and for delivery of a brand new printer, which came within a couple of days and works perfectly. Very happy to recommend Cartridge People.”
