I have made lots of orders through Cartridge People and have been so happy with the very quick delivery and excellent product. Today there was an issue with my order (caused by the delivery company) - I contacted Cartridge People on the website and almost immediately received an email from Si who sorted the problem immediately. Thank you SO much.

Our very first problem, after using cartridge people for many years, was resolved within a day. Sam was understanding and very helpful, sending replacement for a faulty toner the very next day.

Alison was very patient and knowledgeable when I called to find a solution to the problem of A Cartridge not working in a HP Printer. In a follow up email she solved the problem encountered when trying to obviate the control of HP.

I have purchased cartridges from cartridge people before getting the same prompt service , choosing to save money by not using the manufacturers ink . However the printers software was being problematic , i phoned cartridge people and spoke to Gemma , and explained that i was an oldie , this lovely lady was patient , and talked me through the process , and suggested a replacement for the black cartridge ,that arrived the next working day ,and told me if i had any problems to contact them , they would always be willing to help . Thankyou Gemma your'e a credit to your company .

Brilliant business. I have used Cartridge People for many years now and have always had great service. The cartridges work well and deliver at a much cheaper cost than the equivalent OEM product. When I did recently have an issue with a cartridge that was nearly 3 years old!! this was quickly dealt with over a face to face phone call ( rare these days and telephone number easy to find) and replaced without a quibble. Such customer service is what has gained my loyalty and I have just placed another order for more cartridges with them.

The delivery was received, but unfortunately, the courier had damaged the box, which resulted in some of the products being damaged. I communicated this to Cartridge People, and Vicky was absolutely marvelous at sorting out a replacement for me extremely efficiently. Thank you, Vicky. I will definitely use your services again.

The person I have been dealing with (viz Phil) has been very helpful and tolerant in sorting out a printer/ink problem I had. The respone time for replying to my email has been impresssively quick compared with other organisations I have dealt with. It was also very helpful to deal with one person ie Phil from start to finish

Customer service by Sam was second to none. The ink cartridge was delivered the day after I reported a non-delivery.

I ordered 2 new cartridges for my HP Printer from Cartridge People. Unfortunately once I'd installed them it became clear that I wouldn't be able to use them due to my printer being enrolled in the HP+ scheme, which allows only original HP cartridges to be used in the printer. Melanie at Cartridge People support was really helpful in helping work out why I couldn't use their cartridges and also in processing my refund. The good news is they do sell original HP cartridges, so I will use those going forward.

Good range of products. Very acceptable prices. Prompt deliveries. We had a small problem with an inoperative cartridge but this was resolved promptly and efficiently. I had a problem with my printer , it wasn't printing out properly I called Cartridge people hoping they could help A man called Sam, talked me through all the possible problems I ordered new cartridges which arrived the next day Every thing is working great now I couldn't believe how patient and helpful Sam was, so unusual these days i will certainly continue to use and recommend this company and particularly recommend Sam Thank you so much Mike

I’m fast approaching 80 and hate technology with a passion even though I have a printer. Phil was very kind and helpful as I’m not good with computers and helped me with placing my order for ink cartridges. As for delivery watch this space, I will comment on that if all goes well as my experience with Evri is not a happy one. Thank you once again Phil for help
