Dear Raymond, Thank you for your review regarding the price increase of your compatible cartridges. Please allow me to explain the reason behind the movement in price. The majority of our compatible cartridges are purchased from China As a result of the Corona Virus in Europe, the collection of empty cartridges, the main component used in manufacturing, has been severely impacted. The cost of empty cartridges in China have therefore increased by 40%. Labour costs in China have also increased, as the availability of factory workers has been impacted by lockdowns and restriction of movement after Chinese New Year. In addition to the above, we have received a 5% increase in postal costs with effect from February 1st. If you take these price increases and currency fluctuations into account, you will see that we have not passed all of them on to our customers. I am sure that once retail and supply chains revert to normal, that price increases in most consumer goods purchased from China will be similar to those that you have experienced with your cartridges. I hope that the above explanation will satisfy you, and you are reassured that we are tryng to maintain the best prices and quality for our customers. The cartridge was delivered on time. The same cartridge is £3 cheaper in Argos. Their own brand isn't available so I wasted my time and money

The coloured ink hardly had anything g in this time I got 5 sheets of colour and it ran out

Disappointed, your own cartridges poor quality compared to the genuine product. Poor color quality, wouldn't buy them again. Normally I have been happy with your service but my recommendation is based on the last product I recieved.

To your credit, delivery was swift and when I told you that my HP printer refused to recognise the remanufactured cartridge you promptly supplied another. That too it refused to recognise, so I bought from you instead an OEM cartridge. You refunded the charges for the remanufactured cartridges. If HP has configured its products, or some of them, not to recognise remanufactured cartridges, that is something of which you ought to be aware in your own interests as well as to avoid waste of time by your customers.

Good morning Mr Rentoul Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you have had a problem with the cartridges we have supplied. All manufacturers have always tried to make their software more sophisticated and sensitive, to prevent the use of anything other than their own branded products. This is because printers are sold as a loss leader and the biggest profits are made on the consumables (cartridges/toners). Even 2 printers of exactly the same model can behave differently using a non-original cartridge which is why we have our guarantee in place as there is no way of knowing how 'clever' the printer is until you try using a non-branded cartridge. Ordered 2 cartridges for a Kodak printer which were guaranteed to work. One wouldn't. Thankfully the other did. Made it an expensive cartridge. Cheaper to buy a new printer which I have now done.

I had been trying to purchase HP 303 cartridges for some time. Cartridge People a recently advertised them with a 10% discount...but when I investigated further they "WERE OUT OF STOCK" Why was it that as soon as they became available the discount was removed and I had to pay "Top Dollar" Very disappointed

Unfortunately, due to extremely high demand and stock being very difficult to source right now, the Cartridge People brand 303xl cartridges did go out of stock very quickly. We have been loyal returning customers of Cartridge People for a long time, unfortunately this may cease as we have found that the Cartridge prices have increased and the same HP Cartridges can be bought from Tesco or Wilko at a better price, so unless Cartridge People review their prices we will in future be buying from other Suppliers

I bought a colour and black cartridge. The colour was excellent however the black would not work in my printer. I had to buy a new hp cartridge to allow me to use my printer. Very poor

Unfortunately the cartridges were not compatible with my HP Printer and I had to throw them away and go and buy some HP ones which were much more expensive.

The cartridge I ordered didn't arrive. When I inquired I was told it had gone to the wrong address. There was therefore a considerable delay before I received it..

My cartridges just arrived and the packaging is in tatters. It looks like a dog mauled it. Royal Mail had to put the parcel and its contents in a new bag to keep it all together. It looks like the bags been used 100 times before. Hopefully the cartridges are still in working order. They were the only ones I could find still in stock.

refilled units ......never again because although the two black ones worked after a lot of fuss....the colour ones would not,,,, tried all of your help and advice and including ideas from you tube and they were rubbish and would not connect to my printer, so threw them in the tip and bought the genuine set from Amazon....on a good note the a4 paper was good...

i usually buy direct from Epson and the cartridges have always been fine, I tried some of your brand recently and for some reason I seem to get occasional ink blots on the printed sheets sometimes as if there is a slight leak..

I was talked into buying your own brand cartridges by one of your sales persons. So we changed the order from genuine cartridges to your own brand. Big mistake. They are rubbish. Over the years we have tried various different non genuine manufacturers cartridges and swore not to do it again. This is the last time. We will stick to genuine only. There is a reason why copies are no good, the manufacturers have better technology than people trying to make copies.

I have used Cartridge People for my Ink supplies for several years and until my last order (June 2020) the service has been excellent. Latest order received with the colour cartridges but not the Black large capacity cartridge. I had to email twice (more than 10 days apart) before I received a response, which told me not to send multiple emails related to one issue, and said they respond within 2 days.. .which self evidently is not the case. I just want the missing cartridge as ordered. ..is this so difficult ?
