“IT WAS OK WAS TALKING TO GEMMA THE SUDDENLY IM TALKING TO SIMON WITH NO MENTION THAT THE ADVISOR HAD CHANGED DID IT SOLVE THE PROBLEM I DONT KNOW YET BUT BE SURE I WILL FOLLOW UP THE RESULT TRYING WHAT THEY SUGGESTED IF IT DONT WORK I WILL BE HEADING TO RETUEN THEM FOR A REFUND NOT ENTIRELY HAPPY WITH THE RESULT.”

“Service from the Cartridge People themselves was fine, the problem was the use of an incomoetent carrier , Evri, for the delicery which has never happened and Cartridge People had to resend”

“I have printed well over 100 A4 prints using thse inks on a Canon G650. The colours are outstanding.I use high end papers. I have also printed many 5x7 and 6x4. Being a professional photgrapher it is vital to me thatmy prints truly represent the shot I took. These inks do that.”

“One of the cartridges in my multipack was damaged. Cartridge people sent a whole replacement pack; not just the one replacement cartridge; can't ask for better than that. They are a really good company. I have shopped with them for years and they are always so reliable.”

“Product as described works fine. Note please use a different delivery company Everi are useless.Didnt even post it through the door left out in the rain with damaged package.I wouldn't mind but I was in at the time and didn't even knock on the door 😞”

“Have used them for many years and quite a few printers! Prices have always been been good, especially their own cartridges I now have a HP printer, which is ok but unfortunately ties you into only being able to use HP cartridges, but CPs prices for HP cartridges are reasonable”

“Happy with the delivery speed. You used to send plastic return envelopes to put the old ink cartridges in so they could be recycled. In my last order- it was missing, I dont know if that was intentional or not?”

“We had an issue with the compatible cartridges we ordered. Hannah was incredibly helpful - initially gave advice on how to resolve the problem. This didn't work so a replacement was sent. Unfortunately this still didn't work and we had to order a different brand. Hannah organised a refund. Despite the issues with the cartridges I have given 5/5 as Hannah deserves this for her excellent customer care. Thank you”
