“I get all my Cartridges from the Cartridge People. Their products are good value compared to others and delivery times are always impressively quick. The reason for this review is something went wrong. The two cartridges coincidently ran out together and I replaced them with new, but they would not print properly (both of them). I tried usual fixes but no luck so emailed customer services and Gemma replied. Very helpful, gave me a few checks to do and various procedures to carry out. With very little improvement, she sent me a test sheet to print. Over several emails we were able to discuss the findings, and as it was clear both cartridges were at fault, she actioned the sending of replacement ones. These arrived very quickly, late evening of the next day, and the printer was back up and running. Very please with the service, over this unusual occurrence, and thank you to Gemma who was always friendly, courteous and helpful. The gift of tea bags was appreciated too.”

“I struggled with the idea of replacing the toner - my first ever experience! I commented on the review page that I couldn't review it and gave the reason. Within minutes I had a phone call from a lady offering to talk me through it. How kind - and what a helpful, understanding lady. Also Maz for her prompt reply to an email message I sent.”

“I just wanted to mention how good Lindsay at Cartridge People dealt with an issue i had with a fault cartridge which would not work. She contacted me by email and asked several questions to establish the issue then promptly went on to resolve the problem by sending me a new cartridge which i received in 48 hours. Her customer services skilled were excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Cartridge People to work colleagues, friends and family as they provide quality products and excellent customer service.”

“I received a cartridge that didn’t work. I reprted it to Cartridge People and after asking me to try a few things it still didn’t work. Cartridge People then immediately sent a replacement which arrived next day. That is really good service, better than most organisations They also sent some teabags !”
