“Always a great speedy service on ink delivery! I've had to phone in the past and they were so helpful. Recently I had a question about HP ink, due to a new printer, and Hannah couldn't have been more obliging, clear and knowledgeable. She was very patient and also emailed me afterwards with more detail...and even had to resend it when it 'disappeared'!!! I am extremely happy with their expert service and own products.”

“The own brand cartridge seems great. easy to fit and printing like a dream. They actually called to check if i needed more as they had a price rise on the horizon but I'm a very low use printer so it was nice but not right for me.”

“I have had cartridges many times in the past and been very saisfied, BUT this time I ordered colour and black the black good as always but the colour was not so, TOO PINK!! I notified the company who ask did I this and that which I had already. BUT now nothing. What can I say?? Maybe I will try elswhere in future. So disapointing”
