“Customer service responded quickly and efficiently on chat when I realised that I had not changed my address on the system and didn’t notice the order was being sent to my old address. Cannot fault them. Item ordered was a very competitive price.”

“Very impressed how quickly Rachel dealt with the cancellation of the order/refund. The only reason for cancelling was that the printer, that I had been using until 10.45pm the night before, stopped working this morning at 8am! It is quite old and been worked quite a lot. A new printer has been ordered and in due course will contact you for replacement cartridges as I know that your customer care is excellent.”

“Good price and speedy delivery. I have used this company before. Cartridges seem to be of good quality and although they are not 'original' ones for my printer, my printer happily accepts them!”

“Once again, Cartridge People has come to my rescue with their professionalism and customer support. I purchased an Epson ET-8550 printer six months ago, and for no apparent reason, it stopped working as the mechanical tray would not open. I contacted Hannah at Cartridge People, and without a doubt, she advised me on what to do regarding the damaged printer. As I rely on this printer for my business, I started to lose valuable time. From the moment I informed Hannah about the issue to receiving a replacement Epson ET-8550 took less than three days. Not only did Hannah provide me with guidance, but she also kept me updated via email with instructions throughout the process. I can honestly say that without Cartridge People and the support of individuals like Hannah, my experience would have been much more difficult. She is a tremendous asset to Cartridge People, and in fact, the entire staff demonstrates amazing customer service that other companies could learn from. In short, they provide fantastic business support with outstanding customer service. Thank you, Hannah, for your advice, professionalism, and expertise in dealing with customers!”

“Unfortunately my order from Cartridge People was not delivered by Evri. After several days I contacted customer services as usually the new cartridges come very quickly. I cannot fault the response from Customer Services in particular the person dealing with me who was called Gemma. I received very quickly responses to all my emails. Courteous and helpful replies and when after an agreed wait of a few more days nothing had turned up a new order was despatched using DPD which arrived the next day. Thank you Gemma!”

“Your prices are great and so is the quick delivery but the delivery company left the parcel on the door step and I hear if it had gone missing it would not have been replaced so I hope you have alternative delivery methods so Icanre-order in the future.”

“I ordered a cartridge in October, on using this, I found it was faulty in its manufacturer. When I informed, the Cartridge people, a replacement was sent and arrived the next day, of course with the request to return the faulty cartridge for inspection. In my mind you could not have asked for a better service.”

“I am very impressed with the service I have received recently. I reported an issue with my printer not recognising the cartridge. I received a response from Alison within the hour of my sending a mail, and a new cartridge the next morning which resolved the issue. That's what I call excellent service.”
