Not Happy as I thought I was buying two extra large cartridges but turns out I bought one 541XL AND ONE 540L.

Good morning Thank you for your review. I am sorry you are not happy with your recent purchase. We do sell bundles of the 540XL/541XL as well as the 540L/541XL Canon have stopped making the 540XL, so once our stock is gone, this will no longer be available. Bought 2 cartridges. Put the black one in my printer and got an error message “ circuitry not HP approved” down to Wilco bought 2 new cartridges and threw both of your made in Malaysia cartridges out.

Purchased a new cartridge and when I used it yesterday I barely got to 160 pages and the print quality was not good.

Unfortunately, the delivery was shifted to more than 5 days to deliver a toner. The order was eventually cancelled.

This is the first I have made a purchase from yourselves, which I have been very disappointed in. Previously made order from a Lexmak and Canon which I had no problems with. The Epson black cartridge is very poor quality. 😔

I bought 301 ink cartridges but the coloured one was faulty it didn't work at all and the printer app says the ink cartridge is either damaged or failed I don't know how to return it

I ordered Canon cartridges. The cartridges received were own-brand cartridges. Cartridge People did not have my permission to change my order. Only after the own-brand cartridges had been loaded by a member of my staff, did I detect that the cartridges were not Canon cartridges. Which says it all. Without knowing that the cartridges received were not the cartridges ordered, I was able to detect that they were not Canon cartridges. The colours were different from Canon colours and, in my opinion, inferior.

Ordered a genuine cartridge but was contacted and offered an own brand telling me that is was the same and they had bought genuine chips and I would see no difference. I installed the cartridge to find that it recorded as empty and the count did not register. Also found advice in the box to disable updates, really not what I was sold over the phone. I had bought genuine in the past with no problem.

Ink replacement cartridges aren't the same HP cartridges therefore not accepted by my hp9015.

I gave my printer details to Cartridge people, HP2630, & they sent me so called"compatable"cartridges. THEY DO NOR WORK! This is the 2nd rime that this has happened. You MUST use HP Cartridges on an HP PRINTER! A COSTLY MISTAKE.

Their own brand cartridges are unreliable (one out of four of first purchase did not work) the replacement they sent had documentation that admitted the printer might not be able to track page quantity and indeed although the cartridge is working their advice is that I should be able to tell when I need a new one. How to step back 20 years!!! No plans to buy any more

Many thanks for your review and I am very sorry for the problems you have had. We do normally have a very high success rate with our own-brand cartridges but we are happy to replace any faulty items without quibble, as we have done for you. Delivery prompt and efficient, but the cartridge is almost dry. Not good at all can't really return an ink cartridge can you.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CARTRIDGES AS THE DELIVERY COMPANY SAYS THAT CARTRIDGE CLUB WILL NOT ALLOW THEM TO LEAVE MY CARTRIDGES IN A DESIGNATED BOX THAT IS CCTV COVERED. STILL, I HAVE TO STAY IN OR BE AVAILABLE AT HOME FOR A 1-HOUR SLOT DICTATED BY THE DRIVER BY TEXT THAT DAY. THE DELIVERY COMPANY EVEN TOOK A PICTURE OF MY AMAZON PACKAGE OUTSIDE MY DOOR, BUT WOULD NOT LEAVE IT IN THE BOX. IF I HAD KNOWN THAT I WOULD HAVE TO STAY IN AN LOSE A DAY'S PAY, I WOULD NOT HAVE CHOSEN CARTRIDGE CLUB. WE GET AT LEAST 1 DOORSTEP DELIVERY A DAY WITH NO PROBLEMS, BUT CARTRIDGE CLUB GOES TO EXTREMES.

I was hoping that the cartridge I had ordered would work and all appeared well. However, I cannot get it to print. An expensive error. I won’t be using your brand of cartridge, unfortunately.
