I have purchased replacement cartridges from Cartridge People for my Dell printer for several years. Their cartridges are good and much better value than Dell’s. However two recent cartridges malfunctioned so I got in touch and arranged to send them back. I dealt with Louise who was very efficient and arranged for prompt replacements. They even arrived with an envelope saying “sorry” with a batch of tea-bags.

Delivery was quick. Product was poor. Generic brand was not compatible. Printer does not function with It. 2 cartridges are yellow ink. Useless product. Poor Advice on website.

I did not receive my order. I was told it was a Royal Mail error so instead of a refund i reordered. Yet again I have not received my order and am still waiting. But what has decided me to never order from them again is that I have started to receive sales call. I loathe sales calls. I am perfectly capable of deciding what i want to order i dont need someone to phone me and try to persaude me to order different. NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

Bought the wrong product and was not allowed to return it for right replacement. Vowed never to buy from again.

I ordered a pack of 2 original cartridges for my HP Envy 4527 printer. I then received a call from the sales department, informing me that there was a special offer on the XL cartridges and would I like to purchase those instead? I agreed. When the cartridges arrived, they were not originals, they were compatible. I was so angry at being misled. There was no mention of them being compatible, so I believed that they were original, as per my order. I did ring to complain so I am aware of the 2 year guarantee. I do not know yet if they will work in my printer, but I will not be happy if they don't. The main issue is that I was not informed that the XL cartridges would not be originals.

Haven't received my order because carrier keeps trying to deliver out of office hours, and strangely we are an office and not there at 6pm - its still waiting to be collected from the Post Office which I will not be able to do as I am away now

Have always bought my cartridges from you - despite being warned by 2 different sources that if not genuine Epson ones they probably wouldnt work. Unfortunately this time the on screen message that the cartridge was empty did not clear when new one installed. Followed helpful advice from customer service dept. but even that didn't work. Prompt offer of replacement so hope the problem will have been just a one-off. Pity about this as delivery of original order was excellent. Thank you and fingers crossed.

This rating is purely based on the product quality. I ordered an own brand cartridge and it was a disaster, ink was spilling everywhere and in the end my printer didn't recognise it. Siobhan was excellent and sent a replacement which didn't spill ink but again my printer didn't recognise it. I emailed them and Hayden called me to apologise and get a Brother Original Toner out to me. Based on the product quality I can't see myself using them again but their customer service response was excellent

Own band toner. Cap loose on toner, so it spilt over carpet, furniture, clothes and paperwork. Took me ages to clean. Was relying on this toner to print some important documents for a meeting Monday. However my printer didn't recognise the cartridge but when the old one was put back in no problems. So had to go and pay for documents to be printed causing me stress and a huge amount of wasted time. New toner being sent but all a bit late really, also offered £10 credit which doesn't come close the hassle, stress and cost of getting them printed. Can't see my safe using them again on thus experience

Posted a 1 star review about a cartridge purchased which was incompatible with my printer, refusing to take it back. They replied to the review saying customer service would contact me. They they haven’t. The claim of 100% customer satisfaction is untrue. Dont purchase from this company.

They try to blame you for their mistakes! They have the wrong part number on their website and refuse to replacement the item. Then to add insult to injury they told my that part I wanted is not for my printer.

Purchased an Epson 405XXL for my printer, it's incompatible. Printer will only take 405XL. Not clear on the website, lost £50.00. Cartridge People not interested. Poor customer service.

Good Morning, I have looked at your order and can see that you ordered ink cartridges from us, not a printer. We haven't received any correspondence from you regarding this order so it was therefore dispatched out to you. The first cartridge I tried was a disaster. A nozzle check indicated it was either blocked or empty, it didn't register on the printout. I returned the whole order with a note and print samples explaining why I was looking for a refund. I got my refund, but i would have expected a note of apology or explanation.

We always advise customers to contact us via phone or email if they have any problems with items ordered from us as we may be able to resolve a lot quicker for you and sometimes we don't need the faulty items back, as you returned the items directly to us, you by passed customer service and the refund was automatic from our returns department. was dissapointed to find after paying £59-47 for a set of inks to find two weeks later they were £26-99 thats less than 50% not the 20% you were stating although the cartridges worked fine wont be using these again
