I ordered the wrong cartridge. However this was based on my printer listed in my profile. I have never had an issue in the past so didn’t expect the service I got back. I suggest returning the wrong ink cartridges in return for the proper once but I was told because I was me who ordered the wrong cartridges this could not happen. Not even a refund. Bad customer service.

Just to explain our returns policy, the items must be sent back in an “as new” unused condition, complete with all accessories and in original packaging. Due to the product being opened we can not honour this service in this instance I'm afraid. Made a very small mistake when purchasing a cartridge. You then tell me I cannot get a direct replacement. Then that I would have to pay for my own returns. To top it even if the product was perfect you would not give me a full refund. Pretty disgusting way to treat your customers.

We are unable to exchange goods because of the price difference, however we are happy to provide a Credit into your Account or a refund for the full payment for any items bought in error that are returned to us within 30 days of purchase that are in a resalable condition. From the images you sent the item hasn't been opened so you will receive a full refund upon return. Ordered 2 packs of HP cartridges, containing 2x tricolour & 2x Black. I only needed the tricolour as l already had 7 new black cartridges. Having 2 printers in 2 different places both had nearly empty colour cartridges. You phoned me the following day & offered to replace the cartridges with high yield cartridges at the same price. You never mentioned you would only send 1 colour. When the order turned up l could not believe what you had done. I then had to go to Tesco & purchase a pack of what l ordered from you. So to get the 2 colour cartridges l needed cost me £101.98. Also l now have 10 black cartridges that will outlast my lifetime. Your assuming you no best is diabolical. please do not contact me again.

DO NOT USE! I have had enough of the badgering by this company for a review that they are now getting a very negative one. so far I have had a request for a review every other day since purchase this is unacceptable! DO NOT USE

I will not be using these people again. After entering my mobile number for "delivery advice only, we will not use this for any other purpose", within 2 minutes of placing the order I received a sales call on this number. Very disappointing.

Delivery of order never attempted. Parcel left at a corner shop with no information shared with me until the last day it could be collected. I was away that day so parcel got sent back. Have tried calling cartridge people - 16 minutes and still on hold so hung up. Tried online chat facility at 9:30am on Monday - message came up saying noone available. Poor service!

the canon mg 2550s printer comes without a printer cable not disclosed at time of ordering so could not use ,i had to search the web for one but were not available for 3 working days. so am waiting for one to come you would have exspected a cable to be included in order to use the printer ,very poor service and would advise not to bye the printer , i just hope the printer works as with no cable i wonder if some other problem crops up when it is connected , just saying

Don't bother. They will try to swap your order to their own brand ink, then harass you with endless emails gor reviews, despite unsubscribing. Never using them again.

Bought an item (A4 labels) that expect to arrive the next day. Called customer services an was later told they do not stock it and it will come from Spicers directly. Waited for over 10 days with no sign of delivery. Then called again to realised they att Dr e unable to source the labels. I am disappointed because they are advertising item that they do not stock or have control off. I then ordered same item from ukofficedirect.Co.uk for next day delivery.

Good morning Thank you for your review. I am sorry there was a problem with the receipt of your order. If we do not stock a product at one of our local warehouses, we do sometimes have to source it directly from one of suppliers. If this is the case, we do advertise it as a special order item which is usually despatched within 7 days. Unfortunately, after the order was placed, the supplier did not have stock and we were unsuccessful in trying to source this item. I can see that a refund has now been processed. I was trying to buy a Brother Drum and cartridges due to having disappointing results from generic ones, and after placing the order was called by the company seeking to persuade me to buy their own brand. I capitulated, changed my order and have been regretting it ever since - you name it I am experiencing it - poor print quality, lines down pages, and now constant warning to slide tab on drum despite it only being a couple of months old. I have wasted so much paper and time. Just don't.

I bought a set of 4 hp 364 at a cost of £52 two of the cartridges ran out after printing 12 pages. Customer services were no help at all hence my poor review

Dear Justin Thank you for your review. I am sorry you feel like we send too many emails. You can opt down/reduce the amount of emails you receive in your account - you can do this by logging into your account and clicking on Manage Marketing Preferences. Then opt down to the following options for marketing emails - weekly, fortnightly, monthly, every 3 months. You can also do this by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the bottom of any marketing emails that you receive. Alternately, please reply to my email and I can remove you from our mailers. I ordered Epson ink cartridges for my printer and received a phone call from Cartridge People before their dispatch persuading me to switch to your own brand of cartridges. When these arrived, they were not compatible with the printer and I was left over Christmas without the use of the printer, which was very inconvenient.
