My printer just says I need to replace as no link in toner so please change so I just whet to the wholesaler

Was hounded on the telephone to buy own make toner, the tone was almost aggressive when I repeatedly declined

The contact with you by our Customer Advisor should have been to check that all your details were correct before release and that you were aware of the full range available to you and see if it was possible to save you money by offering our own branded product if suitable. Once again the colour cartridge was not accepted by my printer. I then bought HP303 standard ones which work successfully.

I can see that you have called us and advised that you have ordered an incorrect toner that you have opened, Our policy states that we are not able to accept back opened products, however on this occasion we have agreed to take it back at a reduced price. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AND QUITE FRANKLY VERY SURPRISED TO NOW FIND THAT MY NEW WORKFORCE PRO WF-4820 PRINTER DOES NOT SUPPORT DUPLEX SCANNING OF DOCUMENTS!! MY PREVIOUS EPSON PRINTER HAD THIS CAPABILITY - WHERE DOES IT STATE THAT THIS PRINTER DOES NOT OFFER THIS FACILITY FOR DUPLAX DOCUMENT SCANNING

I have previously ordered from Cartridge People with no issues, however, this time, I was sent an empty parcel, there wasn’t anything inside it, I contacted customer service and they issued a refund. I have since bought the same thing elsewhere at half the price.

I ordered a second Toner, from you, this time Magenta for my HP LazerJet 2605dn. a Package has just arrived from you containing an INKJET Cartridge instead of the LASER cartridge I ordered! - If there is any more to pay for the TONER, that is fine = but I DO want the correect item as soon as possible. Within minutes of placing my order they telephoned me to try to persuade me to buy something different. That is NOT a valid use of my contact details. And despite selecting not to receive emails and unsubscribing at least once, they are still spamming me. Will never use again.

They need to get their act together. First I received another person's order. It was clearly misdirected to me since it contained 5 bags of Tetley tea along with an apology for CP's mistake. It was necessary to phone the service department after a week waiting for my order to arrive. Finally, it came along with a request that I return the wrong order which needed me to print out a label, provide glue, go to the mail box to find that it was too big and then walk a mile to the main Post Office where it could be accepted. Oh yes I didn't return the 5 bags of tea so with the second delivery of tea I have gained 10 Tetley tea bags. Is that adequate compensation for such poor service?

DREADFUL SERVICE. I WAS INFORMED BY YOUR CARRIER DPD THAT THEY WOULD DELIVER YOUR PARCEL ON 14TH FEBRUARY BETWEEN 12:57 TO 13:57. I WAITED AT MY HOUSE FOR 6 HOURS BUT NO DELIVERY WAS RECEIVED. THE TRACKING DETAILS THEN SAID THAT THEY HAD MISSED ME. THEY DID NOT MISS ME -- I SAT INDOORS AND THERE WAS NO SIGN OF THEIR VAN AND THEY DID NOT KNOCK ON MY DOOR OR RING MY BILL. THEIR DRIVER WAS LYING AND NO ATTEMPT TO DELIVER WAS MADE!! I CONTACTED DPD TO COMPLAIN ABOUT COMPENSATION FOR MY WASTED TIME BUT THEY SAID THAT THEY COULD NOT HELP ME AND I SHOULD OBTAIN COMPENSATION FROM YOU, I LOOK FORWARD TO RECEIVING YOUR COMMENTS ON THIS MATTER

Pretends to be a helpfull business but when issues arise cannot provide the level of service,contacted by a sales person called Beckey and had a couple of small orders which were ok then place a larger order which was wrong aftersales is poor and long winded "like how can cartridge poeple have got it wrong" fact is to busy to deal with a blag company and will not use this company again even for free

I did not consent to marketing. I was nombarded with unsolicited calls and emails with the guise of checking my order details but the reality was you were trying to sell my your own brand cartridge instead and talk about an offer. I was well aware that you do your own brand at the ordering stage, where I was also prompted before placing my order. Will not be ordering from you again.

I like to keep a spare set of cartridges ready for use when existing ones run out. I was talked into buying compatible inks. I do not need to use them yet. I am bombarded with emails to rate the cartridges and their service - they seem so insecure. I am beginning to wish that I'd gone elsewhere!

You can opt down/reduce the amount of emails you receive in your account - you can do this by logging into your account and clicking on Manage Marketing Preferences. Then opt down to the following options for marketing emails - weekly, fortnightly, monthly, every 3 months. You can also do this by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the bottom of any marketing emails that you receive. Should you require any further support please feel free to contact us. The black cartridges were unrecognised by my HP Photosmart printer, so they went in the bin, after following all HP fault finding intructions. Seriously disappointing

Hi I had a problem which wasn't resolved and your advisor stoping contacting me. I ordered a replacement cartridge from a competitor and now the problem is resolved. No thanks to you! It's unlikely I will ever order cartridges from you again.
