“Great service by Rachel today when a HP printer update blocked my ink cartridges. She immediately sent out 2 replacements. HP - sort yourselves out, I've already m bought your printer, don't wanna be tied to you forever money grabbing idiots.”

“3 new cartridges received from Cartridge People. These were sent immediately after Evri confirmed that had lost my package. Both Evri and Chris from Cartridge People responded within hours of my complaint. Excellent service from both of them apart, of course, from the fact that Evri lost my package!”

“Really pleased with the service provided. The ink cartridges are excellent value for money and dispatched promptly. They arrived the next day even though I didn't order until lunchtime. It is also good to have the recycling envelope for used cartridges. I can definitely recommend using Cartridge People.”

“Had an issue with one of the cartridges supplied, contacted Carrtridge People about the issue, recieved reply from Lindsay who was more than helpful and sorted out my problem by issuing replacement unit on overnight delivery and fitted with o hassle. Company deserve high praise for Customer Service”
