“Was a bit concerned that only 2 of 3 items on order were delivered. Had been advised that there could be multiple deliveries. Contacted cartridge people for an update. Received a prompt, helpful and informative response from the customer representative Chris. As it happened the third item arrived later in the day. Previously have only ordered a printer and inks. But the service from Chris gives me confidence to order further office supplies”

“I have been using Cartridge for a number of years, and have ALWAYS found the service to be highly efficient, and pleasurable. I spoke today to Liam today who could not have been more helpful, efficient, and convivial with my very modest order. Indeed I was surprised to learned how long my existing cartridge has lasted since my last order! On written confirmation of my order by your email did not have exactly my full address (which should anyway have been correct in your system historically anyway) nevertheless this was rectified quickly, painlessly and immediately, so no complaints at all. Well done Cartridge People and thanks. Regards from Michael Tree. 01/05/25 This is written a few hours after placing my order by phone.”

“I don't usually get round to writing reviews but I have just had amazingly good service from Liam at Cartridge People. “The quality of my Brother printer began to fade at each side of the printed page. I am a low user these days of my printer so I knew the print quality should have been much clearer. Rachel came to my rescue and with good grace and intent and after interchange of emails, she successfully sorted out the problem. She said they wanted all their clients to be 100% happy with their service. I am happy. Thank you Rachel.”

“Liam was really helpful when I had an issue with the delivery of my order. He responded promptly and organised for a replacement parcel to be sent, which I then received very quickly. Cartridge People would get 5* if only they didn't use Evri!”

“First of all, would compliment Cartridge People on employing staff of Liam’s calibre. He couldn’t have been more understanding and obliging handling my problem. But, we are disappointed with the product purchased from you. Having been a longstanding customer of Cartridge People, we didn’t expect the product to fail after being used only 4 times!? The original black cartridge that came with the Brother scanner/copier lasted 15 months from new while the replacement supplied by you failed to print after only 4 usuages which caused us serious problems as the document we needed to print was of the utmost importance. We now are of the opinion that in future we should order any cartridge replacements for the Brother system directly from Brother to avoid this problem reoccurring.”
