“I contact cartridge People as I hadn’t received my order. I receive a response from Si Bennett who shipped a replacement order for next day delivery. Thank you for your quick reply and sorting out immediately. I highly recommend Cartridge People have used them for years always a great service”

“I contacted Cartridge People by phone and the was impressed when the call was answered immediately. I spoke to Rachael who was exceptionally helpful, kind, courteous and professional. “On my last order one of the cartridges didn’t print. I contacted the customer service team who were very supportive and provided clear instructions in an attempt to resolve. When this didn’t work they did not hesitate to provide a FOC replacement which resolved the issue. Special thanks to Melanie, thank you.”

“On Friday 2nd Jan 2026 I ordered a printer from Cartridge People. By the weekend it was obvious the snow was likely to cause delivery problems. Using the contact form I requested details of courier and tracking info. Although the weather meant that some staff had travel problems getting to the office I recieved an email from Si Bennett who confirmed that contact would be made with the supplier which was followed up on the following week with delivery details. I am now the proud owner of a new printer which wothout the excellent support from Si could have taken much longer to arrive. Great Service and Support from Cartridge People and in particular Si Bennett”

“Always use Cartridge People's own brand cartridges and they have always been great. I recently got sent a cartridge which, whilst marked up correctly, did not actually fit my printer, so I rang CP and could not be more delighted with their response! Spoke to Wiktoria who was effeicient, polite and helpful and got the issue sorted out straight away. Excellent customer service - many, many thanks!”

“Gemma was very helpful sorting out my problem with a faulty colour cartridge and promptly organised a replacement. I would give her 5 stars but can only do 4 as the cartridge was faulty. (not Gemma's fault) Gen”

“I had a problem with a Cannon compatible black ink cartridge (own brand) whereby it was not printing properly despite several attempts to rectify using the printer cleaning program. I contacted The Cartridge People and Melanie was excellent. She very quickly arranged for a replacement ink cartridge to be sent to me. I am very pleased with the customer service provided by Melanie.”
