“I recently contacted the company regarding a toner cartridge that had leaked. As the cartridge was over two years old, I assumed the leak was simply due to its age and wasn't expecting any resolution. To my surprise, Hannah responded to let me know that the cartridges are covered by a three-year warranty and promptly arranged a refund. The outcome was completely unexpected but very much appreciated. Hannah's helpfulness and the company's commitment to standing behind their products have left a very positive impression.”

“Having ordered incorrectly , I emailed the company to clarify the returns policy. The next morning I received an answer from Sam who I consequently had a very positive phone call with. Sam was extremely helpful and was able to sort my problem out efficiently and very professionally. I couldn’t recommend the assistance iII received from this company high enough, and Sam is a true credit to this company.”

“Had a problem with the cartridges supplied as my printer would not accept them. Having spoke to Marianne via live chat she arranged for a replacement set to be sent which did the trick. I would add that Marianne was very helpful and professional with advice and manner of dealing with the problem. As a result i would have no hesitation in recommending Cartridge People to anyone i know.”
