Received own make cartridge that didn't work, 4 days after reporting still waiting for replacement or even confirmation replacement sent. Disapointed

I recently purchased 3 "own brand" cartridges for my Brother printer. Whilst the price was good, the service swift, I am afraid that the quality of the product is not: with an original Brother cartridge I got perfect prints, the "own brand" one is smudgy and for some reason distorted! I guess you get what you pay for.

Unfortunately, my printer will not accept one of your ink cartridges, despite being the correct one for the printer. The black, blue and cyan cartridges were accepted fine but the yellow wasn't.

Service excellent. Goods arrived quickly. Well done. However the ink is questionable as INK LOW message comes up every time I print and it’s a brand new cartridge!! Disappointed. Margaret

Being in a rush, I hadn’t noticed these were not genuine toner cartridges. After using them I noticed they are nowhere near as vibrant and a load fainter and greyer than genuine inks. We won’t be ordering again.

New black cartridge print faint, removed and cleaned now shows no ink. Had to purchase HP new cartridge as emergency requirement to print for holiday documents

The young lady who took my order on the phone put me under a lot of pressure to buy other cartridges. Unacceptable hard sell and aggressive, I will not use the company again.

The correct cartridge arrive promptly, but I've been pestered by spam asking for feedback since then. It was only that my usual suppler had no stock that I tried here. I wont' be able to use it again, as I will now have to block the spam.

Initially I was pleased with the price being offered by the Cartridge People. However the next day I had a phone call hard selling me their compatible toner cartridge which obviously if I had wanted from the start then that is what I would have ordered. I don't. I want the original branded toner cartridge. Felt that I had to take one compatible toner cartridge just to get them off the phone.

I bought printer inks and thought I'd try their own brand this time to save money. The purchase and delivery service was fine. Unfortunately, the inks only worked for a few days and the printer then refused to work with them. An expensive experiment.

I have a Canon Pixma TS 5151 printer, which I am informed needed 540 (Black) and 541 (Colour) cartridges. But I could not get any printing done with the 540 (Black) and only a grey result from the use of the 541 - no black ink was used up, while the colour cartridge eventually emptied. This was the same with re-ordered black cartridges. Fortunately Cartridge People were able to refund me the faulty(?) cartridges. I began to suspect a faulty printer, so bought a Canon own-brand cartridge from the high street. This worked excellenetly well, but was expensive. The next 540 from Cartridge People was again useless. However, they did have a supply of Canon own-brand 540 which they could supply at a cost not much more than their own version. In the future, I see I must specify Canon own-brand black cartridges to get one that works properly.
