You can opt down/reduce the amount of emails you receive in your account - you can do this by logging into your account and clicking on Manage Marketing Preferences. Then opt down to the following options for marketing emails - weekly, fortnightly, monthly, every 3 months. You can also do this by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing emails that you receive. Should you require any further support please feel free to contact us.

Initially I was pleased with the price being offered by the Cartridge People. However the next day I had a phone call hard selling me their compatible toner cartridge which obviously if I had wanted from the start then that is what I would have ordered. I don't. I want the original branded toner cartridge. Felt that I had to take one compatible toner cartridge just to get them off the phone.

I had a problem with a cartridge not working, I emailed to say I had a problem and I've still not had a reply after 2/3 weeks!

I bought printer inks and thought I'd try their own brand this time to save money. The purchase and delivery service was fine. Unfortunately, the inks only worked for a few days and the printer then refused to work with them. An expensive experiment.

I have a Canon Pixma TS 5151 printer, which I am informed needed 540 (Black) and 541 (Colour) cartridges. But I could not get any printing done with the 540 (Black) and only a grey result from the use of the 541 - no black ink was used up, while the colour cartridge eventually emptied. This was the same with re-ordered black cartridges. Fortunately Cartridge People were able to refund me the faulty(?) cartridges. I began to suspect a faulty printer, so bought a Canon own-brand cartridge from the high street. This worked excellenetly well, but was expensive. The next 540 from Cartridge People was again useless. However, they did have a supply of Canon own-brand 540 which they could supply at a cost not much more than their own version. In the future, I see I must specify Canon own-brand black cartridges to get one that works properly.

Colour cartridge was fine but my hp printer did not register the black ink and actually said on the app that there was a problem as a foreign cartridge was installed and wouldn’t accept it I won’t buy them again and will stick to the genuine product

Cartridges work and print but do not display ink levels on hp 5100 printers. So hit and miss and guess work as to how much ink is left.

The own-brand ink which is sold as high quality and just as good as OEM, doesn't appear to be. It took many many cycles of test prints and head cleaning to get it to print and it's still not quite right. Never had any issues like this with OEM cartridges. Purchasing and delivery were good, just the product has let them down.

Product arrived on time well packed & it was competitively priced. What wasn't so good was the hectoring phone call & received from one of your sales morons trying to persuade me to change the order from Canon cartridges to cartridge people own brand ones. We run a design / manufacture business & have been using Canon printers for over 15 years. I'm the customer & I know what I want. Got that?

The only bad thing about my order was DPD delivering to a drop off point in town rather than my address. If I’d wanted to go to a shop why order/pay to have it delivered to my home? Very poor service

The order arrived very quickly, but unfortunately the black cartridge did not work in my Canon printer and I had to order a genuine Canon cartridge. I haven't tried the colour cartridge yet. Previous cartridges have worked OK, but that was on an older Canon printer. A bit of a disappointment.

Fast delivery, service was good when placing an order, aftercare shocking... We made a purchase online, received a phone call and swapped our order on the understanding your own ink would not cause an error on the printer, complete lie as it does not show the ink level and the printer says its out of ink, emailed yourselves a month ago with still no reply, will not use your company again

The yellow ink cartridge was not recognised by my printer even after numerous attempts, resets, etc. After sending a query to Cartridge People and not receiving a response I had to buy replacement ink from elsewhere. I was not able to print at all which I know was not your company’s fault but it would have helped to receive a response. Thanks.

Received a call to say I could receive 2 comparable cartridges for the price of 1 genuine cartridge and they were the same price. They then said they would send a couple of promotional products. When they arrived I realise the cartridges were less than the original and I had been charged for the promotional products to make up the cost! I was quite happy with cartridge people before this incident!
