“Service good but I was very disappointed that, despite what was stated on the website regarding the compatibility of thier own brand toner cartridge, my Lexmark printer won't work with it and the error message seems to suggest that only OEM produced cartridges will work.”

“Rang a few days ago and talked to Sam who explained the options for my HP Deskjet 2620 and helped me select one, which qualified for normal free delivery. I chose courier delivery for an extra payment and the courier failed to deliver within 24 hours and only just managed to within 48 hours without any apology. I think I am entitled to a refund of the extra charge and possibly more. M K Bevir”

“Cartridge people are a great service for those looking good deals on office supplies etc. Good variety of products at great prices and delivery is very good too. Very friendly service and the support service are excellent at helping with any enquiries and resolving any issues. I had a very supportive customer service member called Si Bennett whom helped me with a slight issue I had.”

“This was my first order from the Cartridge People. I found the whole experience with the ordering, delivery and pricing to be a positive experience. On arrival I could not get the cartridge to install correctly. I phoned the customer helpline and was assisted by Phil. He offered me some constructive advice that led to resolution of my issue. All in all I had a good experience and would recommend the company. I will certainly use them again.”
