“What a great company! I had an issue with my HP printer rejecting the cartridges supplied by Cartridge People. This was due to HP updating firmware in my printer to reject all but HP components. Previously, I could use cartridges which were not HP. I am certain this is against consumer law by removing a customer’s right to choose. However, without drama, Marianne at Cartridge People, not only issued instructions how to defeat future attempts by HP to update the printer’s firmware to reject any item not specifically HP, but also sent replacement cartridges at no cost. All this was completed with just two emails to Marianne. This is a company that supports it’s customers and provides solutions to problems, without argument. I shall be using this company from now on. Well done Marianne!”

“Easy website - storing our machines so that we can easily access the correct consumables is soo helpful. Pricing is highly competitive. I have only once had to contact the team to discuss a delayed item (in 4 years). All items arrived next day, apart from one. Despite it being Easter Bank Holidays, Chris in customer services responded very promptly and courteously.”
