“V good service. I accidentally took the metal strip off thinking it was the other film that you remove before using the cartridge thus ruining it !! and they sent me a replacement free of charge. Will always use them in future.”

“Placed an order for canon products. Had a phone call asking if I could switch to their own product. I explained my printer usually kicks out non canon products. Was assured this would work or my money back. They were delivered quickly and work like a charm. Plus cheaper too. Will always order from here now. Plus the lady I spoke to was super friendly and helpful.”

“While the Brother toners are fine, customer service is not. We received a sales call after every order pushing non branded recycled toners rather than the Brother ordered which became very tiresome. Then when we made an error in our order they were not at all helpful .We will not be using them again”

As the item was opened, it can not be sold as new, and we don't sell used/open items, therefore we are unable to offer a refund. The sales call will be investigated. “I have used Cartridge People for a number of years now and have found them courteous and polite, and very, very helpful. Their prices and deal are very competitive and worthwhile, as is their efficiency in sending deliveries. Whenever I have had to report a fault - which is very rare - they have dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently, and their service is immediate. I would highly recommend them.”

“I recently ordered a couple of printer cartridge packs one Epson and one compatible. I have found the compatible to be fine but I always order a genuine one as back up. I received a call from Cartridge people asking ne why, so I told the caller, she offered me a compatible one ate the same price, but thesecare more than double the capacity I accepted and received the two packs about 2 days later. Well done!”

“In my error, I ordered an incorrect cartridge for my laser printer. This cartridge would have suited my previous printer! This is 100% my fault! I am a 76 year old pensioner and made a genuine error. I am in discussions with Sam in Cartridge People's Customer Service. I have returned the cartridge (tracked service Royal Mail £5.75 at my cost) and will hopefully receive a credit of circa £35.90 to my account. I will then use the credit to offset cost of the correct cartridge. Fingers crossed that it all goes ahead!”

“I don't use my printer very often, when the previous cartridge supplied by you ran out, I installed 1 of 2 cartridges supplied on an offer by you almost a year ago which was not accepted by the printer, the 2nd cartridge didn't work either. as I urgently needed to use the printer I obtained a new HP cartridge which worked straight away. I contacted by you by telephone speaking to Aden who was very helpful and offered to replace FOC the faulty cartridges. The replacement cartridges received very quickly, I have fitted one into the printer, after acting on the usual compatibility messages the printer worked. Once again thank you Aden for your help!”
