Bought cartridge TN2120 keep getting message CARTRIDGE ERROR PUT THE BLACK TONER CARTRIDGE BACK IN . Contacted support various suggestions none worked . Very disappointed not sure were we go from here. Away from 3rd Jan for 2 weeks

The service was great, I was kept informed all the way. The printer read the black ink cartridge so that's good. The only problem was the black ink cartridge wouldn't print. Nothing came out of it, just thin layers of very fine print that couldn't be read. There was ink in the cartridge so I don't know why it wouldn't print. I put the cartridge in a few times but still no print. In the end, I used an old cheap black one and it worked. Maybe it just didn't fit correctly, who knows? Maybe the colour ones will work later, so I'll wait and see but to me, it was £19 wasted, so I'll not be using them again. It's a shame really as it would have been nice to have used this company full time because they are a lot cheaper and the service was prompt.

ordered several inks for the Epson printer 1st one worked but the 3 purchased afterward do not work gave it another chance so ordered it again but still not working. very disappointed. There is a refund policy I believe but they want evidence of the print result which there is none because the ink doesn't work fro me to print anything.

Ordered OEM black ink but was persuaded to switch to CP version and guaranteed it would work It didnt

I ordered a set of inks on December 14th and they have still not arrived and I can't get anyone to tell me why not! Where are my inks - I've had to buy replacement ones since then from another company - obviously.

Not happy at all. I still have not received my order, If I don't receive my order by Tuesday, I will ask my credit co to recover the money. You said wait till 30/12/2022, why do not you send it by couriers now? It is best to refund my money, Iam informing my creadit co.

As I am sure you are aware Royal Mail have been striking a number of times over the last few months and this has had an effect on how long it is taking customers to receive our parcels. Today is the first day since the 22/12 that they are working again so I would imagine that your order will be with you soon, if you find that you don't receive it by 30/12 please do let us know and we will happily arrange for you to either receive a refund or resend the order out again for you. I will not be using Cartridge people or any other organisation that uses the Post Office to send goods.

Our main delivery company is Royal Mail and we find that they do successfully deliver thousands of parcels a year that are sent by us, we do understand that recently due to the ongoing strikes that some customers are waiting longer to receive their orders and we do apologise about this. I think that because my printer is getting on a bit I sometimes have a problem getting the right cartridge. This was the case with a cartridge I had for a while as a spare which when I loaded it just wasn't recognised by my printer. I got in touch with Emma at Cartridge People and although this review mentions a bad experience this review is far from that. Emma really tried her best and succeeded in getting me the right cartridge and for that I thank her. Well Done :-)

This was an unpleasant experience. I placed an order online and was phoned in a most aggressive manner telling me that your generic cartridge was better than the HP one. I said I would check the Which review, which I did. It was quite clear that your cartridges were cheaper than HP, which I knew but that the print quality was not as good! I had to endure another most pressing phone call before I managed to prevail on buying an HP cartridge. I will NOT be using Cartridge People again.
