I am glad you sent this e mail as I have found it impossible to use my black ink Its so frustrating the colour works and the Black fails. Every time I want to print I have to soak the cartridge on a wet cloth. That takes time and really a big pain.

I will never use this company again. Having supplied my phone number because it said "We will only use this to update you on the status of your order", I received a voicemail asking me to get back in touch immediately. When I phoned back I was put on hold, before being subjected to a hard sell on the company's own brand products. I had deliberately swerved my way around all the annoying messages on the website that attempt to make you choose their own brand - because I knew what I wanted, which was Epson inks. I don't appreciate being called by phone in the middle of a working day, wasting my time and money calling back, and I certainly don't appreciate being told to change the decision I had already made. I will shortly be contacting them to exercise my rights under GDPR and ask them to remove all records of my personal information.

Delivery has changed, no longer free and I could not locate where package had been delivered. After a week and no communication I went to my post office and they had the package. Poor service compared to previous experience.

Dear Shan Thank you for your review. The reasons for this delivery charge are, costs have increased significantly over the last 12 months, fuel surcharges increasing and the increased use of environmentally friendly packaging. Whilst we are doing our best to stay as competitive as possible, we can only offer a free delivery over £30 order purchases. Royal Mail should have provided you with tracking, I am so sorry if this wasn't the case. I am happy to hear you have your order. wrong cartridges sent and no offer to replace incorrect ones !! only offered a credit for your mistake !! very disappointing !! Now will consider looking elsewhere been a good customer for some years

For the first time in my relationship with Cartridge People, it became too much of a struggle to get a replacement for your faulty ink cartridge so I am now going to get my supply elsewhere. Up to now, the rating was a 5. Now it's 0.

I have brought ink from Cartridge People in the past. My last order was the wrong cartridge for my printer so I tried to send it back. The problems arise when you try to send your item back for a refund or replacement. Cartridge People make this very difficult (if not impossible) They will answer all emails promply. This however is a delaying tactic. They wear you down so that eventually you give up and accept that it's your loss (£20.plus) .

When we receive an email from a customer stating they wish to return an item, our many priority is to find out why as if they customer has received a faulty item we want to try and help as much as we can, I can see that my colleague asked you to confirm your printer model number so that we could check if the cartridge was correct for your printer or if you had received a faulty one. I can see that my colleague has sent you our returns information so that you can return the cartridge back to us for a full refund. Kind Regards Louise

Cartridges I bought were really poor quality and leak. I wish I had bought the branded up cartridges and not the cartridge people own band.

I confess to being very upset! I have used you for years and I placed my order disappointed to see the price up to £53 from the previous £48 but I ordered anyway. Having placed the order, the next day you offered me an online code to receive a 10% discount on the price. £53 less 10% would have giving me a price of £48. I am not likely to reorder from you now as I feel cheated.

Your last order was purchased at a discounted price, where as this recent order was at its normal every day price because you had not used the discount code. I am getting very tired of ordering HP303 cartridges from you which will not function in my printer. It has just happened again with brand new cartridges, just when I have urgent work to print.

We had been very happy with Cartridge People for 4 years and even recommended them to other small businesses - until our last order!!! Never again - dreadful customer service and refused to allow us to return the cheaper cartridges substituted for the genuine cartridges we ordered and paid for.
