I ordered two cartridges for my printer .They didn't work Noink came out .id did what the written paper said they didn't't work .I phoned up and was told what to do by your customer service .They didn't work . So I wasted all that money on cartridges that didn't 't work .Eve though I was aregular customer .I will not be ordere anything more from your company ASTHey Don't WOrk .

Dear Mr Farnsworth, Thank you for your review and I am sorry that you are having problems with cartridges ordered from us. I have looked at your order and can see that you have spoken to a couple of my colleagues, both of them asked you to try a few things to get the cartridge to work. If a customer calls us to advise of a problem with a cartridge supplied by us we try our best to get the cartridge working before replacing as this then gets you up and printing as soon as possible, if they advice doesn't work we will then happily arrange for a replacement to be sent out. I am sorry about the delay in receiving your order, Royal Mail have been striking therefore we are finding that it is taking a lot longer for our customers to receive their orders and unfortunately this is something out of our control. I paid £69 for 2 10ml cartridges hp 303. I could have bought them from my local Tesco for £42. Need I say more? I feel I was ripped off.

Dear John Thank you for your review. I can see from your order you have ordered the 303XL cartridges and not the 303. I hope that might explain the price difference. We monitor our competitors' prices on a daily basis to ensure we offer our customers the best possible prices. We do this by analysing online retailers directly and where they appear via Google Shopping and price comparison websites. In the unlikely event that you do find a product at a lower price through a UK based online retailer, we will refund 100% of the difference up to 30 days after your purchase. I ordered some genuine HP cartridges online from this company, as they were on special offer, and very shortly received an email asking me to ring them. I spoke to Ryan, who said their own brand cartridges are half the price of the genuine HP cartridges, have a two yr. guarantee on the cartridges and a lifetime printer guarantee, covering repairs and replacement in the event their cartridges have caused damage. I agreed to switch to their brand and Ryan changed the order and emailed guarantee. I then checked the price of their cartridges and realised that Ryan had charged me full price for their own brand and not deducted the 15% special offer, so I had been overcharged £16.70. I telephoned and spoke to Emily who said she would refund the difference in 3-5 days. I asked to speak to a Manager, but was put through to Ryan! I was then put through to Tony, who said it was a "training issue" i.e. that staff need to be made aware of the special offers!! He offered me a voucher for my next order, which was not acceptable to me, and after further discussion he suggested a refund of £30 by way of compensation. I agreed and the matter was left there. This experience has left me cynical about this company and left me with little confidence in their products and, indeed, their guarantee. I still only have the email showing the original order. I have no invoice showing the own brand cartridges, so technically have no proof of the order. I can see all kinds of catches in the guarantee, not least that you have to prove and they have to agree that it was their cartridges that caused any problems. I seriously regret changing to their own brand and am considering just cutting my losses and throwing them away, for my own peace of mind. I certainly will not be ordering from them again.

Don't deal with these people.....received ink bottles damaged which I disposed of immediately so that my property would not get covered in printer ink.After leaving an initial review to reflect the state of the received goods I got a phone call from a customer service agent to say 'sorry' and offered no further solution (and it was clear that the agent was following the companies pre meditated script)!!

I can see that we have requested images of the leaking bottles, however as you have discarded these items before contacting us we are unable to assist further with this matter. Re my order GB221109-LA5098965r GB221109-LA5098965 I ordered three HP304 cartridges from you . You rang me and persuaded me to buy instead twp of your own cartridges which you "guaranteed" me were compatible with my HP Envy 5020 printer. They're not - my printer won't accept them . I am sending yours back to the Crewe address. Please credit me with their cost . Then please send me my original order of HP304 black and colour cartridges and debit my credit card with the difference. Thank you Pierre Thomas

Thank you for your review. Firstly, may I apologies for asking for a review when your order has not arrived. Our deliveries are usually very efficient, and we have an automated system to ask for reviews within a few days of dispatch. Due to feedback like yours we have extended the time to ask for reviews. Secondly, I am sorry to hear that your delivery has been delayed. The order was placed and dispatched on the same day as we promise. Due to Royal Mail strikes, delivery depots are falling behind on sorting the post and getting deliveries dispatched as usual. Royal Mail has an update stating that they do have well-developed contingency plans but cannot fully replace the daily efforts of the frontline workforce. They will be doing what they can to keep services running but regret that this planned strike action is likely to cause you some disruption. Please accept our sincere apologies for this, this is not our usual standard of service for our customers. We would ask that you allow a few extra days for delivery, as this is out of our control.

Hello Im sorry to say that my delivery of ink never arrived on the day that DPD said it would arrive and it still hasn’t arrived a week later.My mother looked out on the day (25th November between 12.15-1.15 (approximately) and nobody turned up.She has been looking out ever since and STILL no sign.DPD are quite simply RUBBISH!!and I would like a refund on my order of ink Michael Earl

I am terribly sorry to hear that we failed to get your order to you. We rely heavily on our couriers and sometimes they get it wrong, which is poor service for you and frustrating for us as we want our customers to get the best service. I see Mikey has been in touch and is currently investigating this issue with our courier. I can confirm a refund has been actioned for you. I hope this experience hasn't deterred you from using us in the future, please be assured this is not our usual standard of service.

I am still awaiting delivery by Royal Mail. I have never experienced this problem before with your deliveries and it may be that this problem is with Royal Mail deliveries at this time.

Due to the Royal Mail strikes over the following days, the order was not collected until Monday 28/11/2022. Due to the backlog of post, we have found that there has been a delay in deliveries, I am afraid. We do offer an upgrade on deliveries for most products art an extra cost via DPD. I am trying to return a printer that I bought less than 2 weeks ago, that is faulty/unwanted. Cartridge People are making it so difficult for me. Do not trust this company for a hassle free return.

Goods delivered to wrong address. Photo of goods in hallway was not of my hallway. Next day pre 10.30 am delivery fee paid but goods delivered later that day by a neighbour already opened. Not happy as 4 weeks ago DpD deliverd three 60th wedding anniversary helium ballons to go on our restaurant celebrationary dinner table in a destroyed opened box with one balloon burst.

Great service but beware: cheaper, non-original ink cartridges may not work on your printer. Bought replacements for my domestic printer, an HP Envy series 5000. They don't work - the printer refuses to recognise them so have bought HP originals which do. My advice - great company and service IF you buy the original cartridges.

I received email that my order had been delivered,There was a photo of a parcel inside a front but not my front door, waited in till a neighbour called to say he had received and personally taken in and opened a parcel that he had not ordered and in fact was clearly addressed to me. I now have my toners, but will not order anything from any where again if going to be delivered by DpD, because 4 weeks ago DpD delivered to my door for my 60th wedding anniversary a squashed and torn open box of 3 hellium ballons one of which had been destroyed, ordered by my family to go on the restaurant celebratory dinner table.
