“I had an issue with some older catridges not being recognised. Marianne in customer service was super helpful, and had the catridges replaced for me which arrived the following day. The tea bags were a magnificent unexpected suprise. Thank you again.”

“I ordered a set of file dividers from Cartridge People and received a very prompt reply saying that my order had been dispatched. After a couple of weeks it had not arrived. I emailed Cartridge Review and immediately got a reply from Vicky saying she would would look into it. I was very pleased when she quickly returned to me saying it had been lost in transit and she would send me a replacement immediately. I was impressed by her close attention to a very small order. Although it was not the fault of Cartridge People Vicky apologised, was very helpful and polite and dealt with the issue. It was a pleasure to be dealt with by her.”

“Very impressed. Customer service was impeccable. I ordered 2 cartridges but couldn’t pay as only had old card to hand. They rang 2 days later when they saw I had an outstanding pending order and helped me through the payment process. Nice little free pen on first order which is a nice touch.”

“Despite opting for free delivery anytime my order arrived the next day. Very good. However it was delivered by Evri to a completely wrong address although it was correctly addressed. Fortunately the person to whom it was delivered kindly brought it to me so all was well. Just thought you would like to know how unreliable Evri is. Kind regards Barbara Chard ( Mrs)”

“Ordered two replacement ink cartridges. First time I’ve used the company. Only minor problem was a delay of a day by the courier with the next day delivery service. However received a refund of delivery charge within days. Very efficient service, excellent product and very competitive price. Cartridge People will be my go to company in future.”
