received my Premium Cartridge Black in good time, however it barely lasted 2 days?!!!!, was there any ink put in there in the first place?

The low rating is simply because you are no longer price competitive with Just Inkandpaper.com I have use Cartridge People.com in the past with np problems; but you have to lower your prices if you want my business. regards, Frank Woodger.

I am only writing a poor review based on the last few replacement cartridges I have ordered . They are a lot smaller cartridges than they used to be and no longer work every time . I'm feeling very disappointed as up until 6 months ago I couldn't fault them

Unfortunately, the time between order and delivery was far too long. I expected delivery in a maximum of 3-4 days but instead it was over a week and meanwhile I was unable to do any printing; very irritating.

Dear Gary I am sorry to hear you are experiencing problems with the Canon remanufactured cartridge purchased from us. Canon printers have no way of looking inside the cartridge or detecting fresh ink. Instead the cartridge just monitors how many pages have been printed and the average page coverage since it was first installed into a printer. From this information your printer estimates the ink level of the cartridge and when it believes the ink cartridge is running low/empty will present you with the “Check Ink” , "Low ink" or a support code 1686 or 1688 message. As a result of this way of estimating ink levels, even an original Canon ink cartridge will almost certainly have some ink left when your printer warns you it is empty. Canon printers allows you to continue printing with a single button press and will usually give this prompt in a fairly sizable message once it detects that the cartridge may be empty. Simply hold down your printers STOP/RESET/RESUME button for five seconds and then release. Whilst the name with which the button is referred to may change, the symbol it is represented with will always remain the same. ( A circle with an upside down triangle inside). The cartridge should last as long if not longer than the original and we do guarantee this. Please let me know how you get on with the advice above. The colour cartridges were useless as they would not fit into my printer! They arrived with a set of complex instructions what to do if they didn't fit so problems obviously known! Completely unusable. The black and white were fine. Very disappointing. Lynne Messenger

Bought set of full colour cartridges for canon printer on offer for 2 sets arrived and they were rubbish complained and monies paid refunded cartridges confined to refuse bin dranded cartridges purchased ,peace now reigns with printer

None of the cartridges purchased worked and were a week in arriving in two lots, 3 days apart. the company was very apologetic and gave me a 20% discount on the next order. second order arrived a bit more quickly. J

THE COLOUR CARTRIDGES I BOUGHT GIVE A VERY POOR REPRESENTATION OF REALITY---THE COLOURS ARE PALE AND NOT AT ALL BRIGHT AND CHEERFUL THE WAY I THINK THEY SHOULD BE

I put the cartridges in but couldn't print because the printer couldn't recognise them and it also said I needed a black cartridge .So it was a waste of time using you Regards A Russell

Cheep foto paper. Poor quality, printed colours nothing to compare with original Epson photo paper. A4 paper Arrived with demand corner.

Bought two cartridges installed one in the printer. Initially printer didn't recognise it- turned out to be dirty copper contacts. However second problem cartridge test showed all colours to be either running out of ink or inkjets were blocked. Tried to sort out iaw instructions as provided no joy. Removed first cartridge and installed second cartridge printer recognised cartridge but similar problem as before with colours again tried to sort out iaw instructions again no joy. Decided to buy genuine HP cartridge prints correctly now binned both refurbished cartridges.

The delivery took bewteen 3 and 5 days. I say between 3 and 5 because the cartridges arrived in three separate deliveries. Not very economical or environmentaly friendly. The service compares unfavourably with other companies I have used to buy cartridges from. Will go elsewhere next time.

Just ordered two cartridges one black and one colour. I now unable to print as error has appeared on the black cartridge. Replaced the old cartridge and the error disappear but no ink. This has coursed me to rethink whom I place my next order as without a print is very inconvenient.

Genuine Epson cartridge was a good price and delivered quickly.... however, the cartridge world "compatible" cartridge set off all the alarms on my printer and leaked into the printer. Needless to say I will be sticking to genuine ones in future, I am awaiting the engineer.
