The delivery took bewteen 3 and 5 days. I say between 3 and 5 because the cartridges arrived in three separate deliveries. Not very economical or environmentaly friendly. The service compares unfavourably with other companies I have used to buy cartridges from. Will go elsewhere next time.

Just ordered two cartridges one black and one colour. I now unable to print as error has appeared on the black cartridge. Replaced the old cartridge and the error disappear but no ink. This has coursed me to rethink whom I place my next order as without a print is very inconvenient.

Genuine Epson cartridge was a good price and delivered quickly.... however, the cartridge world "compatible" cartridge set off all the alarms on my printer and leaked into the printer. Needless to say I will be sticking to genuine ones in future, I am awaiting the engineer.

when i unwrapped the cartridges and took off the plastic cover some of them leaked over my hands ie black ,magenta and the yellow. After cleaning the cartridges and inserting into the printer I tried copying a coloured leaflet, unfortunately the result was where the colour should be green it turned out yellow. I checked if the cartridges was placed in the right order which they were I then tried doing a copy in black and white which turned out as it should, I'm sure you can imagine how disappointed i felt and of course the proplem I had trying to get the ink off my hands, to say I.m very unhappy is putting it mildly.

When cartridges arrived which your site recommended for my printer I loaded new cartridge into printer closed the printer and waited for machine to reset itself ready for printing . What followed were some horrible scrunching noises and clunks and message that these cartridges would damage the machine . Immediately removed cartridges hoping no permanent damage done . Have now purchased recommended cartridges and fortunately all still working properly.

Ordered 2 ink cartridges at the same time for the same printer. One arrived in 5 days and the other took 10. Forced me into a situation of having to go and buy a new printer, not best pleased

Delivery was slow . I ordered a pack of 4 inks but they arrived as seperate parcels. One didn't arrive at all and they did send another out but not quickly. They said they send them out like that so that they fit through the letter box , they are thinking about us having to go to the post office to pick them up....what nonsense. Won't be using again !

We do advised 2-7 days for delivery with Royal Mail, though most of our customers receive their orders within 3-4 days. Larger orders are often split in smaller packages for ease of delivery, so that the parcels will fit through the letterbox and save a trip to the local sorting office should you not be in to receive your order. Took ages for the cartridges to arrive which was disappointing. They do work ok although my printer does had objected to having non original cartridges installed, this I find quite funny!!

I bought a 12 pack of compatible inks, which saved me quite a bit of money, or so I thought. The first two I had to replace this week left my pictures printing blue instead of green. I had to replace again with some old stock I still had. Just hoping it's a blip and the other 10 inks are okay or else I'll be in touch for a refund

I find that the cartridges I use for the Kodak Hero printer are extremely below the amount of printing that I expected. Although I have tried to keep an account of printing that I do, I haven't been able to get a correct figure of pages I do. From the efforts I have made, I think that the amount of pages is likely to be below 70 sheets for black and not much more for the colour sheets. I am now trying to print one sheet weekly to prevent drying out the cartridges but this doesn't seem to make any difference.

I’m sorry that you are having a problem with the Kodak No.10 / 3947074 Compatible Black & Colour Ink Cartridges supplied by us. There could possibly be a problem with the communication between the cartridge chip and your printer. This can occur during the manufacturing stage in the factory and is usually affected by dirt, such as dust or even a fingerprint, on the copper contact plate on the cartridge. Please follow these cleaning instructions to resolve the problem: Place some old newspaper down to capture any spillage of ink. Remove the cartridge from your printer – switch your printer off. Using a piece of damp kitchen roll, gently wipe the copper plate on the cartridge to give them a thorough clean. Allow the chip to dry. Once the chip are completely dry, re-install the cartridge into your printer and switch the printer back on. I would recommend that you run the print head cleaning program on your printer to clean the heads and push the ink through. For best results you should run the program three to four times. If you find that after following this procedure you are still having a problem please let me know by replying to this email and I would be happy to replace any non-working cartridge for you. Please retain any faulty cartridge as we would need to advise the correct returns procedure if necessary. Unfortunately I used the first 350xl cartridge and after 4 pages my printer said this is a reused cartridge and is asking me to change cartridge. It won't accept any key presses.

The cartridges I bought would not work, sent the company a photo graph of the original and their copy and they did not even look as though they matched. Their reply was to try and clean the heads which I did three times but no luck. Quick at taking my money though

I received in May 2016 several cartridges for my Epson XL-635 printer (33XL - T3351/T3361 ...). The printer immediately recognised the alien cartridges, but allowed me to continue. Yesterday, 30 July 2016, I had to change both the Yellow and Magenta cartridges, but this time the printer would not accept these at all. I had to buy locally the appropriate cartridges to get the printer back to work. In addition, the Cyan cartridge (from Cartridge People) was also rejected at this point, although it had worked beforehand!? Overall, after this experience, I will not order such cartridges from Cartridge People again - Sorry!

My last black ink cartridge did not work. I contacted Kodak who said that because the cartridge was not their own it had damaged the ink head, and I have to buy a new one.

Please do not worry, Kodak will not like you using Compatible cartridges as they want you to purchase there cartridges. My first experience of buying Canon 'compatible' cartridges. Installed 3 weeks ago and been on holiday for two weeks, but now black ink warning light is flashing and can't print anything. I'll stick to originals in future - saving a few quid doesn't make sense if they don't work! Not impressed.

Dear Mr Law Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you are experiencing problems with the canon remanufactured cartridges purchased from us. Canon printers have no way of looking inside the cartridge or detecting fresh ink. Instead the cartridge just monitors how many pages have been printed and the average page coverage since it was first installed into a printer. From this information your printer estimates the ink level of the cartridge and when it believes the ink cartridge is running low/empty will present you with the “Check Ink” , "Low ink" or a support code 1686 or 1688 message. As a result of this way of estimating ink levels, even an original Canon ink cartridge will almost certainly have some ink left when your printer warns you it is empty. Canon printers allows you to continue printing with a single button press and will usually give this prompt in a fairly sizable message once it detects that the cartridge may be empty. Simply hold down your printers STOP/RESET/RESUME button for five seconds and then release. Whilst the name with which the button is referred to may change, the symbol it is represented with will always remain the same. ( A circle with an upside down triangle inside). The cartridges should last as long if not longer than the original and we do guarantee this. Please let me know how you get on with the advice above. Cartridges didn't come very quickly and then came in four separate packages on four different days when all I wanted was a duplicate standard set. Most customers would want a quick and complete delivery in one.

I have been using this company for many years, but this time I have had a faulty cartridge and have had no response to my email, but 3 emails offering discount, reviews etc. Bit disappointing this time as last time I had a faulty cartridge it was replaced with no quibbling.
