“Finding " Cartridge People" was quite easy on my computer I received my order easy by post in perfect order I ordered 2 cartridges for when my present ones run out.”

“I placwed my first order with Cartridge People, after a helpful conversatrion as to how to cope wioth a printer problem. Very imporessed throughout the transaction. P pl;aced an order in late agtsernoon and the cartridges that fitted my nachine were delivered early on the folloiwing morning.”

“Very Helpful Had a non delivery spoke to Simon Heath in customer services he checked the tracking and determined that the order had gone missing after collection he was very apologetic and offered to resend the order again straight away problem solved happy customer”

“Sam provided an exceptional service to me at Cartridge People. Ordered HP cartridges which could not be used as my printer began to malfunction forcing me to purchase a new one. The customer service provided to me by Sam in organising the refund for the cartridges was both friendly and seamless. Thank you!!”

“Great customer service from Caroline & Gemma following the “lost in transit” issue with my order. They couldn’t have been more helpful, obliging & understanding. They were very apologetic & with no quibbles, issued me with a refund. I would definitely use them again in the future but maybe request for a different courier to be used.”

“I have always found Cartridge People to be helpful and efficient. Yesterday I had a cartridge that wouldn't talk to my printer so I rang Customer Services and spoke to Simon B. The result far exceeded my expectations. Problem sorted and a new cartridge arriving today! A big thank you to Simon.”

“Sam was helpful in a few ways, changed from phone to email so I could send the printer nozzle checks and then we spoke again and he explained why it was happening and applied credit to resolve it with new cartridges.”

“Hannah and George in Technical Support and Phil in Customer Services all did a n excellent job in helping me with my Canon Pixma Print Head problems. They arranged for me to get a replacement printer which arrived very quickly . The Returns procedure was also very smooth. I am grateful to all concerned. Richard Woollatt”
