“I had to contact Customer Service as my parcel was returned by Evri. In all honesty I thought it was going to be a 'bit of a do' but my call was answered by Marianne who was lovely. She dealt with my query in an efficient yet friendly way and my parcel arrived (again) the very next day! Thank you Marianne, great service.”

“Your courier didn't deliver them the next day (and I paid for next day delivery) They should have arrived on Friday but didn't arrive till the following Tuesday! Evri are useless in my area & never delivery on time”

I’m really sorry to hear your parcel didn’t arrive when you expected. That’s not the experience we want for our customers. However, on this occasion you opted for standard delivery, not a Next Day delivery. With Standard delivery most deliveries are arriving within 2 working days after dispatch. However we ask that you allow up to 5 days. For future reference you can opt for Next Day at Checkout. Kind regards, Team Cartridge People

“The service provided is brilliant and have been using this company after a good friend suggested trying, I can not fault the service, even when I had a problem, a quick reply was sent to me, the action I took the suggestions on board and soon back printing again. Fast, speedy delivery plus empties are returned for recycling too, saves on them going to land fill.”

“I have used this company for several years and been very pleased. My last order was not delivered by Evri who send me a photo of a different package delivered to a different address about one mile away. I do hope CP reviews the service offered by Evri and use a more dependable company. My package is still not delivered after one week - lost for ever. However Lindsay was very good to investigate and send a replacement by a different company, which was delivered next day. Thanks to Lindsay I hope I will continue to use Cartridge People.”

“Had a faulty cartridge which was replaced by Lindsay quickly arriving next day. We tried a couple of fixes but I wasn’t asked to waste too much time before a replacement offered - all working now. Great customer service!”

“We had a problem with 2 of the inks which couldn't be recognised by the printer. I contacted customer services and spoke to Si Bennett who gave me instructions on how to reset the inks and that worked perfectly. Si was brilliant and solved the problem :)”

“I have used the Cartridge People for many years now, originally in a working environment and more recently retired as a personal customer. I have always been extremely satisfied with their prices, quality and customer service.
