“I ordered 2 x 64gb mini SD cards, I received 1 x 64gb and 1 x 16gb mini SD cards. I contacted yourselves who said the order had been sent straight from the supplier and that they would contact them. You did call me back to say that the 64gb mini SD cards were out of stock, I am guessing this is why they only sent me 1 x 64gb SD cards. Really poor service as I did not receive what I had paid for.”

“I've used cartridge people for a while now. Easy website to use. Compatible cartridges work well. I like the easy recycling of empties. Reasonably priced. Main improvement would be an option for delivery to a local shop/garage to collect as courier delivery to my home address can be sketchy.”

“I purchased own-brand inks from the Cartridge People but they did not work in my HP printer, despite trying every procedure including firmware changes. I contacted the support department and received extensive help from Lindsay, who first supplied a second set of cartridges to test and then, when that didn't work, provided a full refund with which the genuine cartridges were then purchased. Lindsay was helpful and considerate throughout this process and as a result, I was more than happy to continue using Cartridge People as my ink supplier. It is heart-warming these days to receive such good customer service.”
