It’s difficult to mark, the compatible inks are useless for photo printing scarlet became maroon the yellow showed green tint, so I have thrown them away. The service however is first class; I ordered and received Canon inks and received in two days

Cartridges seem to have the wrong electrical connector and blocked the printer causing it to refuse to print anything Black. The colour was poor on a nozzle check too. In fact, I ended up buying more cartridges to resolve the issue but that failed to resolve it. I wasted so much ink and paper. Cartridge people did send me a new black one but that would not print either as the print head was well and truly blocked. I then bought original cartridges but they failed to resolve the issue and the printer was then changed as it was in warranty. All told the ink from cartridge people was of poor quality and failed to operate in my printer.

Well despite my ordering two sets of cartridges for my printers neither set has arrived as yet. So I am still waiting to see if they show up the last set was ordered 4 days ago on Saturday 2nd March so perhaps they are still in the system. The other set, were ordered last week and the 2nd set was to ensure their arrival. But still no luck I am afraid... Now how long does it take to post things from Jersey??? Obviously longer than I knew to be the case as I used to bank there! So yours disappointedly, Derek R Peach Captain

Disappointed, the colour cartridge was not full, this is the third one I had from you and the same each time. The black cartridge is all right.

Thank you for your review I am sorry that you have had problems with the colour cartridges from your order. Canon printers have no way of looking inside the cartridge or detecting fresh ink. Instead the cartridge just monitors how many pages have been printed and the average page coverage since it was first installed into a printer. From this information your printer estimates the ink level of the cartridge and when it believes the ink cartridge is running low/empty will present you with the “Check Ink”, "Low ink" or a support code 1686 or 1688 message. As a result of this way of estimating ink levels, even an original Canon ink cartridge will almost certainly have some ink left when your printer warns you it is empty. Canon printers allows you to continue printing with a single button press and will usually give this prompt in a fairly sizable message once it detects that the cartridge may be empty. Simply hold down your printers STOP/RESET/RESUME button for five seconds and then release. Whilst the name with which the button is referred to may change, the symbol it is represented with will always remain the same. ( A circle with an upside down triangle inside). The cartridge should last as long if not longer than the original and we do guarantee this. A member of the team will be in touch as all items sold are covered by our 2 year guarantee.

Print poor and now my printer keeps telling me I have low ink cartridges and they are only displaying as quarter full, not impressed, do not plan to purchase again.

I ordered both black and colour ink cartridges. They wouldn't work after trying the suggestions indicated on the instruction leaflet. I contacted Cartridge People and "Nikki" promptly answered me twice. After complying with her suggestions I still could not get the ink cartridges to work. I have written several emails since and not received one reply over a 5 day period (which included the weekend). Since your products do not work with my printer I want to return them but can't get a response. And at this point, no I wouldn't recommend you. Edited .... Cartridge People have been in touch and resolved my problem. Nick couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. I'm changing my rating from the original two to 9 ...

My cartridges arrived. They were the right ones. Although I indicated that I did not want to receive any e-mails, I have been beseiged by requests to write a review. Although I elected not to create an account at point of purchase, I was sent one by e-mail. I do not appreciate being pestered. I just want to buy a product and get on with life. For this reason, I have no intention of using this company again.

Telephone conversation I agreed a supply of ink, quoted at £12. Ink arrived two days later with enclosed invoice listing £15. How would you feel ? How would you feel ?

Just taken delivery of 2 cartridges for my canon printer. The first had a chip that didn’t look right and it confused the printer and didn’t work. The second was fine. This is the second time I’ve had a faulty cartridge. Customer services said they are made by different manufacturers and some don’t work with the printer even though they’re advertised as being compatible. Both times I have received a free replacement but concerned about quality control and consistency of Cartridge People’s products and unlikely to make further purchases.

Felt the info. on the site was misleading, we thought we were purchasing double the amount we received, especially comparing it with the genuine Canon ink cartridges. In view of the fact it cost us almost £3 to return the goods we're not very satisfied.

The service is very good. The product is good. I hate the continual emails, they are intrusuve and totally unnecessary as I will find you when I need you. Without these you would score Very Good.

I wanted a genuine cartridge not a copy. Their site pushes you again and again during checkout to buy their copies. Then, right after order we get a pushy unsolicited sales call AGAIN trying to sell us copy items. We have no time for spammy sales calls and I bought what I needed, and I didn't want a copy or I'd have bought one. The item I ordered arrived OK at a decent price, but wont use them again as I don't want mithering like that.

The purchased black ink cartridge did not work, forcing me to purchase another from a high street store, at a price of 50% more, to enable me to work out whether the former cartridge was at fault - needless to say this newly purchased cartridge worked. Have been in touch with suppliers, who gave good service, and now am awaiting a refund.
